More water damage. ServPro of Pearland/Friendswood was here the next day. Wall opened, ceiling partially removed, and much of the flooring removed. House looked a Harvey replay. Many machines, a jet engine roar and three days later: Quiet and ready for repairs. Entire process was done professionally and efficiently. Great people to work with, and I highly recommend this company should you ever need water remediation.

They arrived within a couple hours of our call. They exposed the wet areas in our walls. They set up the dryers, and a few days later everything was dry and treated for mold. If I ever need water restoration again, I will definitely call Servpro again.

Jo Jo was excellent. He made us feel comfortable. His demeanor was pleasant. Keep us informed and answered any questions we had. He explained everything he was doing!!! Ask for Jo Jo, he’s the best. Thanks Jo Jo for helping us.

If possible try to use different ServPro location or another service provider. Overall, they were professional but left out important information. I ended up using a different service provider. They'd probably be fine in most cases, but if you are a busy person, their coordination may cause you additional inconvenience.
1. The inspector did not have the correct moisture measurement instrument, and he just said to trust him based on 17 years experience.
2. The inspector failed to mention that clean water exposure after a week is treated as black water and requires much more material removal.
3. A schedule was discussed, but the crew showed up without a appointment confirmation email or phone call. We were not prepared to vacate our house with less than half day notice.
4. The lead technician agreed to call me the next day, but I found out from my insurance adjuster that ServPro would not be able to do the work from three more days.

Andrew and team did a great job cutting out the water damage in my home from the hurricane! They were kind and thorough throughout the whole process.

The manager Richard B. came out to do an urgent inspection for us after a leak that went through both floors and we are so thankful for finding this company and Richard! The staff was so polite and professional that answered my call, and the manager was extremely down to earth and had a depth of knowledge about everything he inspected in our home. We will definitely be calling them for any future home restoration issues or concerns.

My experience with Alfonso and his crew was amazing. He answered my questions and was quick to respond to my phone calls and texts.

They were very professional, took the time and care to help move all my belongings. They fully explained the whole process and clean up involved with the water damage in my home. They explained the before the during the after they followed up several times you couldn’t get a better company to come out and handle your repairs. Having half your house flood when pipes break is already devastating enough and then to have all the damage in your house and stuck trying to make sense of the disaster is not fun either. So they were just really helpful and putting our house back together and salvaging what they could

Serv Pro is the contractor of choice for Insurance companies. If you want work done on a insurance claim find your own contractor. There are competent quality contractors, check with local suppliers. Serv Pro are the most incompetent people I have tried to work with. They lied to the insurance company about the job when I stopped the job before they could start. They don't have any consistent communication between their employees, I got several different stories about how the work would be done. They tried to send in a sub contractor that had their own samples, not any that I wanted. When I ask about the price I was told she would have to ask her supervisor?? Then not knowing the price she wanted me to sign a contract and she would get back to me on the price! They will try to sell you on working for you. If you want headaches sign up with them. Home Owners beware find someone else.

I had a water leak in my unit and servpro came out last minute. The team explained exactly what the process was, set up all equipment and had me on the way to recovery someday. Awesome job!
Highly recommend.

Had a water emergency and called ServPro. They had a team there with equipment and vacs in right at an hour. They placed fans and dehums and then came back every day for a week to test moisture. They got everything back to normal in the time frame they stated. They were very responsive and helped make a bad experience, not so bad! We hope for no more emergencies but if we do, we will call ServPro again.
