Day of service, I'm told to call them. They tell me prices went up $200 to $450. Was a very loyal customer.

Stephen came by and did our entire upstairs carpeted area. He did fantastic and well under the amount of time I thought it would take. Just over one hour for a thorough cleaning! He was so nice and very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely call them again! Wish I took a before photo. The carpet had spots and stains from years with animals and a growing family. This after photo is right after the cleaning so in the next few hours it will lighten up since it’s still wet. Great company!

Outstanding work by Trey in Austin, TX. Carpet was clean in 45mins and dry in under 4 hours. The price is not as high as one would assume a company with commercials would charge. Thanks Trey!

I had my carpet and air ducts cleaned same day. First time customer and liked each of the technicians thoroughness, however, my walls took a beating from their hoses and carpet dry time took longer than expected.

Great service! They came in and got started, they moved heavy furniture to clean around and got the job done very quickly. The carpets look amazing, I hope they stay clean for a good while, with 4 dogs it makes it difficult to stay clean for long so we will see how well they hold up. I am very pleased with the results!

We had a Wonderful technician come to our home today from Zerorez. The dog stains on the carpets are completely gone and the kitchen tile looks so much better.
We had a different company do the kitchen a year ago but they didn’t seal it afterward. Hopefully the tile will stay bright and shiny now🫶🌞❤️

Zero Rez is my go to carpet cleaner. If your carpet is in bad condition there is no magic wand but if you take good care of it, Zero Rez cleaning has always stayed fresh and clean for a long time and looks new when they leave. This time I tried their tile and grout cleaning and it looks great!
