This was a diagnostic trip for my GE Profile ice maker and tech quickly fixed it on the spot. Charge was more than reasonable.
I will confidently call again for my next appliance repair.

Very professional! Prompt and definitely knew what he was doing! We called late morning and they were there in the afternoon. The refrigerator water dispenser works perfectly now.

After the first appliance repairman never returned my call, I reached out to ED Service Appliance Repair. Egor immediately got back to schedule an appointment.
Egor was very friendly and professional and quickly diagnosed the problem of my dishwasher. It's so nice to find a repair person who is responsive and knowledgeable. I will definitely use him again.

Egor showed up on time for two repairs. First our KitchenAid top oven that was not reading accurately and he suggested replacing the motherboard. It could have been a sensor (less expensive), but he stated it was the motherboard. 1st time I used him. With my ignorance of ovens, I allowed him to proceed, still skeptical as to what was needed... On the same visit he examined our Subzero wine cooler that was not maintaining temperature. I allowed him to replace the internal mechanisms maintain the correct temps. (Before doing so explained that this fix may or may not be a permanent fix, as the wine cooler was 10 years old. He suggested replacing the entire unit. Decided to go with the repair, Since the wine cooler was very expensive. After a few monnths, the wine cooler again faulted in maintaining accurate temperature. I called him about this, recalling what he said about his warranty. Egor rectified the situation to my liking the same day that I called. I was amazed and so pleased! I was also able to close the chapter on the above-mentioned oven, (wondering if it was the sensor or the motherboard) ..:Needless to say, you can rely on this company and trust that they stand behind their work!!

Egor came out within hours to assess my washer issue. Although he had to order a part and come back the next day, everything was as timely and painless as it could be. The resolution also cost less than I’d anticipated.

Artem was very professional and knew what the problem was with my dryer. He took the time and tested and tested and when he left, it was totally repaired. Appreciate the time honored appointment that I was given, and the professional end result. thank you very much.

Alex our technician fixed the problem on the same day we called. Our 12 year old Bosch dishwasher is as good as new!! Highly recommend these guys.

With another repairman did not show up, Called EDService and able to book easily. Nick came in on time. Able to diagnose the E25 Bosch dishwasher problem. Fixed in less than 15 minutes. Nick even explained what happening on every cycle of the dishwasher and basic maintenance for the dishwasher. Excellent service.

There is a reason this place maintains 5 stars. Prompt, communicative, knowledgeable, with NO BS! The technician/specialist (suspect owner), Egor, was right to the logical point and a real pleasure to have in my kitchen (such that it was). I was confident it would be done RIGHT! Have already attached their card to the side of the refrigerator for recommending to others!

Alex swooped in and saved my sanity! I know my call came in late but as a mother of 2 and 3 loads of wet laundry, I was DESPERATE for someone to fix the dryer that apparently stopped working sometime during laundry yesterday. This place is absolutely fantastic. They came same day, knew what the issues with my fridge and oven were quickly, and were able to fix the oven that day. Plus ordered a part and will fix the fridge on the weekend. Highly recommended. Much better than the GE repair company! Prices were reasonable too.

We are SO impressed by the service. Fridge went out Christmas Eve at 5:30 and they came to our house at 6:30. Best service and best price we have ever had on an appliance repair. He actually repaired a circuit board that is no longer produced by using circuits from another board. Saved us from a full replacement!!! Absolutely a 5 star experience.

Nick came the same day, knew exactly what the problem was very quickly, and fixed our dishwasher leak. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and accommodating. He even helped us get our dishwasher pipes back in order free of charge. Could not be more pleased and will be calling again for future jobs!

Very punctual!
Very thorough, within 30 minutes, took my whole dryer apart to diagnose problem, I’ve never seen a dryer with entire drum removed. That reassured me that he had checked EVERYTHING about the dryer and was confident in his diagnosis.(Tech had superior knowledge of his craft.)
Sure enough, it was a door switch issue and he was able to replace the part on the spot and charged a very fair/reasonable price that can’t be beat. Would definitely recommend and would also call again if we need anything fixed.

Nick came out and repaired my washing machine quickly with a new activator. Professional, kind and tidy, plus brought his own show covers. He gave me great tips on maintaining my machine. Great customer service.

Our washing machine stopped working! We called EDservice appliance repair And they were able to schedule an appointment to come out and fix our machine. They did a great job and got it working again with friendly service! And then soon after the machine stopped working again and they were able to return that same day and get it working again for free! Very friendly service very grateful for this company!
