Highly recommend! Bryan and David made me feel so much better about a horrible situation. Were very professional and did a great job explaining things where I could understand. Also very mindful to keep our floors clean while they worked. If you ever have a slab leak this is a reliable company to use!

I had the pleasure of Kyler Weddle from DFW PipePros showing up as my technician, and I was truly impressed by his professionalism and dedication. Even though the problem couldn’t be fully resolved Kyler went above and beyond to investigate the issue, explain the situation clearly, and show me pictures of what the issue is.

He showed up on time, treated my home with respect, and put in every effort possible to help. It was clear that he genuinely cared about finding the best solution, even when the outcome was out of his control.

DFW PipePros recently came to fix a leaky faucet for me and the technician, Conner, did an excellent job. He was on time, polite, and quick. I would definitely recommend them.

On 12/19/2025 at approximately 3:15pm, I was driving on Carson street in Haltom city/Fort Worth. I observed the driver of one of this company’s work vans speed through a parking lot to avoid stopping at a red light (Texas transportation code 545.423) and then proceed up Carson going approximately 50+mph in a 35mph zone (I sped up to 40 and he was steadily and QUICKLY still pulling ahead), weaving between lanes to pass other vehicles with no use of a turn signal (Texas transportation code 545.060 and 545.104). It was a young heavyset white kid with curly hair, I unfortunately did not get the plate number or a unit number for the vehicle due to how quickly and recklessly he was driving. I only memorized the name of the company and the number which is how I found you on google. Very unsafe, I can only imagine how he interacts with customers or does his job if he can’t even follow the law in regards to the road. I tried to call the office 3 times and it went to voicemail.

Joe was absolutely amazing and professional throughout his entire time here. Fixed the issue quickly and even took his shoes off before coming into our home to avoid making a mess. 10/10 would have him over again for any plumbing issues

Kyler was amazing and did everything I needed him to do very quickly. My bathroom smelled like sewer to me and I couldn’t find where the smell was coming from. He was able to pinpoint it and clean out my drains and make the room smell much better!

Mr. Collin Carter came to our rescue in a most spectacular Christmas Eve fashion! This was our third EMERGENCY DOUBLE TOILET CLOG issue in the past 30 days. Natalie (the DFW Pipe Pros MVP) was able to schedule our service quickly. Collin snaked the sewer line and was able to determine the source of the problem. He also snaked the toilets and checked the tanks.

I can’t thank Collin and DFW Pipe Pros enough for saving our holiday! Nothing says MERRY CHRISTMAS like being able to use your toilets!!!😉

Kyler came to fix our garbage disposal and did a great job. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes and he was friendly with not only me but also our menace of a cat. Will reach out to this company again if we encounter any other issues!

We recently purchased a new house and noticed the water pressure was dropping soon after we turned on a faucet or shower. DFW PipePros were on time for the scheduled appointment, they were able to quickly diagnose the issue, and they fixed the issue efficiently and professionally. They kept me up to date on every step of the process and left the area better than they found it. Connor was great and I am very happy with the work completed.
