Hamid did a great job and did the replacement quickly of a few parts (capacitors) that broke from power outage and AC was back up and running. The appointment was the same day which was crucial and he was on time. Thank you. Offered cost savings efficiency recommendations for the future and installed a power surge protector so it won’t happen again. Price was high, but he showed me the price book so seemed fair.

My family and I can't thank Hamid enough for the work he has done. He has worked on a number of things for me big and small and always double checks his work. He really cares that we are not suffering during a hot Texas summer.

I would definitely recommend this company, they are fair priced and work fast. Hamid, came out on a call for a repair and got is going that night. After inspecting the system, he found it needed to be replaced. He understood that I needed to get other qoutes, and after having sticker shock from the others I went with him. Within a few days he had all of my system and installed it in one day. Make sure you check him out before spending more with someone else.

My old AC was acting up: just wanted to fix the problem at first. Hamid warned me that it may continue more problems. Soon enough it did.. so I decided to get a new unit. He made sure that prior repair did not go wasted with the cost. Then while we were waiting for new unit, fan stopped working at night. He came and worked for hours to get AC work temporarily until we get new unit installed. I don't think I need to say much more about his work ethics!!!

Master Comfort AC and Heating was the right choice for me! Woke up to a cold house thos morning and found that my furnace wouldn't light, I called them up and they were at my door within a couple hours, diagnosed the issue, and had the parts needed for the repair in the van! Reliable, fast, and friendly service at a fair price!

Hamid did a great job! Straight forward and honest work. He was was very quick to respond and get the job completed. I will be calling him again for all future air conditioning/heating issues. Highly recommend.

My A/C capacitor went out on a Saturday, and Hamid arrived to my house in 15 minutes. He was very professional. He diagnosed and fix the issue quickly but also provided me with recommendations and tips to extend my A/C unit life. Super recommended

Hamid really really saved my bacon. My taxes due this year were 10000 more than I was anticipating. I have two new grand babies living with us now so extra expenses out the wazoo.

So, of course my evaporator coils started to leak clogged up the emergency drain damaged the ceiling. My previous AC team had relocated the opening to the drain line destroying the coupling that connected to the drain(they knew they did it and said nothing).

Every other company come out and said replace immediately to the tune of 4900. Hamid took the time to cut into the coils housing to really look. He basically bonded and crafted a new coupling, reeingineered the drain line, and secured it in a way that a Hurricane couldn't move the line. He has a forever customer and I hope he really knows how grateful the family and I are for his dedicated service.

I called Master Comfort AC & Heating to schedule an AC tune-up. In the call, I was informed that the tune-up included checking the electrical components, the refrigerant levels, cleaning the coils, and clearing the drain lines. After the technician completed the tune-up, I was told that I not only have to pay $300 to clear the drain lines, but I would need to get a safety drain kit (not sure of cost). I was then presented with two options for storm kits and safety valves, totaling $2,404. It was not explained why the additional services were recommended. Instead, when I asked what these were, I was asked if I wanted to go to school to get an HVAC degree. I reached back out to the owner, who offered to clear the drains for $274. I rejected this offer and explained that the original call said the drain lines would be cleared, but then I heard nothing back from them. I was disappointed with my overall experience with Master Comfort AC & Heating.
