Quick repair turn around.

I won’t take anything there again. I called and talked to Logan yesterday and he told me I just need to drop it off our broken item with our contact info on it. I get a call today after we drop it from Scott who is the owner I guess. He was reaching out to get proof of purchase. Was very rude and I could tell he was agitated. I asked him if he had a problem. He responded that he did and tracking down paperwork that we should have given him was a waste of his time. I told him that when I asked about the process the day before his employee didn’t mention it. He then said “it was probably one of the ladies here that doesn’t know anything”. The call was aggressive and strange from the get go. Would avoid this place.

Used this company at least 10 times for repairing a few of our pro-presses/equipment for our plumbing company. The cleaning and repair process I highly recommend. Turn around is pretty fast and will ship to you if needed (our company is not close to their shop). Wish we could pay online for our invoices as you either pay in store or mail a check.

These guys are great! They have extensive product knowledge and were able to get our sewer camera in and repaired in less than a day. UET was the only company that knew the exact diagnosis based on my description over the phone. I will definitely be using them again and would recommend them to anyone needing repair for Rigid products!

Brought my company’s sewer camera here. The guy who brought the camera said he didn’t feel welcomed from the guy. When he walked in and wasn’t greeted or anything and was just told “we’ll contact you when it’s ready”. (Co worker told me this AFTER I picked up the camera). I went to pick up the camera and experienced the same exact thing. No greeting, he just looked up and looked back down at the computer where the young lady was. If I’m being honest, seemed like racist vibes, like he didn’t want me to be in there. No customer interaction. Just brought he camera out, sat it on the ground and went back behind the counter. We all as customer deserve a certain level of customer satisfaction and this definitely wasn’t it.

Blue Collar Plumbing is a stellar choice for any of your plumbing needs big or small. Ashton responded quickly to my inquiry and based on the info provided in my message and a quick conversation, he had already assessed the problem. The work was completed upon arrival, which was that same day by the way, efficiently and without having to leave to get parts or tools. This was our first call to them , a job for our rental property. We will continue to use him to service there (our renters loved him) and next he’ll be headed to our primary residence!! Sorry in advance Ashton for the things our twins have put down the pipes but we know you’re up for the challenge!!!

Oh my goodness, if I could give more than five stars I would!!! Ashton with Blue Collar Plumbing way exceeded any expectations I had. He was quick to respond, (even on a Sunday) kept me informed at all times. The price was much cheaper than another plumber that quoted me a price to do the work during a weekday. Ashton arrived shortly after I called, he did awesome job, cleaned up after himself, I could go on and on. Best plumber ever!! Thank you Ashton!!!!!

I’ve hired Ashton for a few jobs now. New water heater, garbage disposal, outdoor spigots. Fantastic guy. Explains everything, gives you an honest take, has good product recommendations for long lasting equipment past the mass produced garbage, fast, and the work is super clean looking. Most importantly transparent charging. You know exactly the labor and parts breakdown and his pricing is very fair. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality plumber.

We were referred to Blue Collar from another plumber who was not available for a few weeks. FYI, I love when companies don’t compete but complete one another. Ashton responded quickly and kept us in the loop. Came out the next morning, replaced a leaking faucet including tearing out some bricks and repaired to perfection. I was pleased with his service, kindness and affordable service. We will definitely keep him as our plumber from now on.
