We highly recommend Tier 1 water Heaters. Our neighbor also feels the same way! Rodrigo has a Masters Plumbing license, that is a big deal because otherwise you can’t get a city permit.
As a retired Custom Home Builder I’m here to tell you, you do need to get it permitted. ( It’s the Law for good reason) A city inspector comes out & makes sure it is done right & up to city code. Last thing you want is a flood from anything & Insurance won’t pay because it wasn’t permitted. Even it had nothing to do with the water heater.

Rodrigo was on time, experienced, professional, courteous, charged a reasonable price & done an “Excellent” job. No issues. Water was off only for a short time. Like the neighbors, I’ll definitely use him again.

Talented thinker. After hours, so warranty part was not available. He made a "work-around" fix to get us hot water immediately & we'll get the part when it's available. On time, polite & knowledgeable.

Where do I start Tier 1 has replaced our water heater,shower valve and once again Tier 1 has came through.We had a toilet that needed to be replaced asap so we called Tier 1 again Rodrigo came by asap replaced toilet in no time like I said before and will keep saying Tier 1 you have a customer for LIFE!!!!
