great price and very responsive. they do exactly what they say for pool cleaning and maintenance, and they don’t try to upsell extra services. i will use them again for regular pool service and repairs. they installed a new pool cleaner, replaced the skimmer, replumbed some pipes, and fixed a leak in the spa. the water is staying cleaner, the system runs better, and the whole pool setup feels easier to maintain in the texas heat. all top notch work, and chris was helpful throughout the process.

Rarely do you find company: Sachse Neighborhood Pool Service doing exactly what they promise, and even getting the pool renovation done ahead of schedule and on budget with no surprise charges. Their pool work was thorough, neat, and meticulous, and they gave close attention to every detail from the surface finish to the final pool startup. The job was completed quickly by a very professional crew, and chris, eric, and mike made the whole process easy to trust. When everything was finished, the area was left clean, the water was balanced, and the recommended pool color looked beautiful in the Sachse heat. i felt totally confident through the entire process, and i would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing pool renovation, plaster work, equipment updates, or regular pool service because they really know how to keep a pool looking great and running right. it is hard to find this level of care, and they made it clear that customer satisfaction, clean workmanship, and good pool maintenance all matter. overall, i was completely satisfied, and i would gladly use them again.

Warning. Do Not Use this company. They came out and charged a fee to diagnose the issue. They then stated they needed to order the parts and would be back to repair. They never came back to repair and they would no longer answer phone calls.

Took care of my issue in a timely manner. Did not try to upsell, but did ask questions about the pool, pool system and how things were going. Answered all the questions that I asked. Over all the service was great, actually exceptional.
