Well stocked, clean and organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. If a veteran, you get a veteran's discount except on lumber. Still great.

Would've given 5 stars but they wouldn't sell me seeds for that turf they use at the Cowboys Stadium. Said it's "synthetic". Right.

The place to go for almost all your DIY needs. This particular Lowes has some of the friendliest staff. They go out of their way to help you in anyway they can!

They had a good selection of plants and materials. Today they were well staffed prices were a bit high but that's everywhere.

I purchase often in the garden center. Great experience and helpful staff. Always out of sod. I wish they would give a military discount online, that would save alot of time. Then maybe I could get sod. Lol

Found exactly what I needed and got out pretty quick. You do have to watch what time you go there though. During the busier times of the day it may take in excess of 30 minutes just to check out. Lack of cashiers. I know, used to work here part time for 8 years.

Lowes needs to come up with a better process of checking out contractor customers. The pro desk should be calling contractors for payment rather than the cashier. I spent 5 min shopping for what I needed then 30 min waiting to check out. Seems like every time i shop here.

Awesome everyone very helpful. Nice variety of plants.They need more heavy duty dollies in lawn and garden though went on Tuesday which I would think is a slow day and couldn't find not a one all were being used. Hate to see what Saturdays are like.

Although I shop here for gardening tools and pool supplies, I much prefer shopping for Texas Native plants that are not available here. Texas Natives save water, time, money and survive our crazy weather! Let's keep our beautiful Hill Country looking like Texas!

Associate gave me wrong product in bldg materials which was higher priced than what I asked for, forcing me to get refund and finding correct product for my self. This happens often at lowes in schertz.

Came to get connection hoses for my washer, found them easily with the help of an associate, he was very polite and friendly.

Needed paint, paint guy very helpful and got it handled quickly. This Lowes is a great place to shop and I have always been helped with knowledgeable Lowe's employees.

Absolutely the worest customer service from the top to the bottom. I have been waiting for some type of response from anyone regarding the delivery of my remaining order which is a washing machine. Online shows my order is complete and they cannot help me since I purchased in-store and now no one will answer the phones at the store. Keep calling and no answer so now I have to go into the store just to find out when the rest of my order will be delivered. I just want a response from someone!!!

Had best delivery time. Compared same model dryer with Best Buy and Home Depot. When need replacement dryer waiting for a delivery is no fun. Prices were all comparable.

Employees do not know where anything is located in the store employee turn over rate is ridiculous at the Schertz location the Garden Center is unorganized and after asking 3 employees to get something from the top shelf with a ladder they scattered in different directions and I found a ladder and climbed up and retrieved the item myself.
This store needs new management and trained employees.

Lowes consistently has most everything I need for jobs on the homestead. It's nice too that they have a 10% military discount to make each project just a little bit more affordable.

Went in to buy a four-prong dryer cord and when I told the employee what I needed they went and grabbed a cord and walked me to the register. When I got home I saw that it was for a range and not a dryer so I took it back the next day and they were not willing to exchange it

Nice plant selection. Very easy to go in and get what you need to do any DIY stuff or just walk around. We enjoy going just to dream and get different ideas about things we want to eventually do to our place.

This Lowes is amazing!! From time to time later in the day the staff is a skeleton crew and its hard to find someone to answer your questions. It happens a bit. Do get there early if you can. Also, the general manager is amazing guy and a real people person.
