Excellent company. Very trustable worksmanship. Painters are very polite and experienced.

One star because of lady who picked phone and help setting appointment.Person who came to my house never sent me quote on email or other way. Even after texting the guy for follow never got response

Southern pairing was excellent. They were curtious and polite. They finished the work in the timeframe we asked. Carlos was very attentive to our needs. Very good company to use for exterior and interior work.

Recently called them for some help. Turns out owner wasn't there, and we were told to call another time. I asked if it's possible for them to give us a call when he's back.

Then, on the phone, they yelled at me "what do you mean give you a call back. We are not going to be sitting here and be calling yall?" Then they just hung up.

Horrible service to be honest that it's laughable. I called them again immediately after, and she was like "Oh the service line must've mal-functioned" no apologies whatsoever - in fact she acted like she didn't know me even though I called her immediately after.

Not only absolutely unprofessional - just sad to see this happen...

Reached out to Christian because they painted my sister in laws house in Southlake. He said he was going to get back to me about scheduling a time to give a quote on painting our home. Never heard back from him. Unfortunate doesn't appear they value referral business

Jhony and team did a fantastic job on my home’s exterior. I needed quite a bit of wood rot replaced, as well, and they handled each area with expertise and car. Would definitely recommend Southern Painting.

Southern Painting did a great job of sealing, texturing and painting over 25 year old wallpaper in three rooms. I was skeptical how it would look but was very pleased with the outcome. Professional, courteous, and terrific customer service....much thanks to Rich and Manny.

I had a complex job done over 7 days and Southern Paint did an outstanding job. Very professional, organized and timely. They were respectful of our time and the family still needing access to the house. Now that the job is done I’m 100% happy and love the new look. Thank you !!

Rich is amazing!! I had him come out to give me a quote. He walked me through the process and extra precaution they take to protect your home while the painting is being done. They did even more protection than I expected!! Amazing guys (Thanks Jay) and 5 star work!!!! I highly recommend them!!

We had a big home renovation that included most of the inside of our house being painted and Rich and his crew did a great job of making our home a home again! I picked Southern Painting because I knew they were reliable and would do a great job in a timely manner. It wasn’t even a question for us.

We had almost the whole house painted. The team was polite, friendly and made sure they understood what I wanted. I wish they would have used thicker plastic during the prep phase as what they used tore easily and I’ve found several spots where paint splatter ended up on windows, fixtures or the floor. Luckily in most cases it was very easy for me to clean up and not worth the trouble of having them back out. I would recommend them and plan to use them again in the future for some exterior paint work.

Used them to retextur and paint a kitchen and living room. Was told they would do a final walk through and address any issues, which were plenty. They left trash and splattered texture all over the light above the cabinets. Didn't repair some of the drywall above the cabinets, which was discussed before the project started. Called and left messages after the crew had gone and no reply. No final walk through at all. Never again!!

This is the second time we’ve used Southern Painting, several months ago doing exterior and interior on our present house to get it ready to sell and now for our new house. They do a high quality job, always on time, thoroughly clean up and take very good care of your house as they’re working. Jay is in charge and is the one you want managing your job. He takes great pride in his work. Highly recommend this company for your painting needs!

Although a little pricey, we were impressed with the presentation and explanation of what would be done, the assurance that we need not pay until satisfied, plus the 3-yr. warranty. We scheduled 3 weeks in advance and requested their ‘A-team’ as we had several repairs plus painting. We also requested someone fluent in English on the job so there would be no misunderstanding as to what we wanted done. We were assured that would not be problem and work began the week of June 11. Day 1, the prep appeared to go well. Day 2 started well, but the head of the team left around noon and did not return until end of day. Not only did communication become a problem, but obvious shortcuts were taken and the work for that day was unacceptable. Day 3 was spent correcting the work done on day 2, plus many other flaws throughout. Again, the head of the team arrived with the workers, then left for another job. Once the obvious problems were resolved, we paid for the job. About 5 weeks later, the ceiling repair that we were assured would no longer be a problem failed and split open. I left messages for the service manager, who did not return calls. I then contacted the area manager who did not return calls. I finally emailed the owner of the Southlake location, who replied, but nothing got accomplished. After weeks of ignored communication, then excuses for numerous appointments resulting in no shows and delays, our painting team finally returned to repair their first repair. The area manager came to check our satisfaction and agreed with us that the completed repair was an unsuccessful amateur attempt. He then turned it over to another team to complete. It was finally completed September 27 and appears to be done correctly on the surface, but time will tell. The job is only as good as the team that shows up on your doorstep. And responsiveness from management has been frustrating and unprofessional. Would I hire them again? No, the unnecessary frustration, lack of consideration and repeated waste of my time was not worth it.
