I was referred to this business by the vendor who sold me the appliances. Mr Appliance was out the same day diagnosed my speed queen washing machine. Explained to me the problems with my machine and ordered the replacement parts Their office communicated very clearly and accurately when the technician was going to arrive, and when the parts were in their possession. The technician was very professional and thoroughly troubleshooting the unit and made all repairs once he returned with the parts. I am very satisfied with Mr Appliance service and will be calling them again for any future needs.

The experience has always been good.
Unfortunately last night realized water all over inside of refrigerator. Called again and want the same tech who has worked on it before. I hope that am not charged service again. -

Our ice maker had no ice in it so I called Mr. Appliance and they had a serviceman come out on the same day. Technician came out and solved our ice maker issue of not making ice. It took awhile to diagnose the issue, but he was persistent and it is now working like a champ.
