I have a generator that was i stalled by them couple years ago. I have called them, texted them and email them to get them to come here and service it. So far the only response I have gotten is an email that was sent to me by mistake. By the way the email was about overhauling a generator. I think they probably just wait until the generators break so they can come and charge more to fix it, instead of doing the scheduled maintenance. Word of advice just look for somebody else to get your generator serviced

Recently, I bought a house in Pinehurst, Tx.. The house was built in 1978. It needed a lot of updating and electrical work. I had the contractors come out and put new electrical outlets, switches, and a new panel box. They charged a fair price. They show up on time. They clean up afterwards and did an excellent job. Their prices are really good. I will continue to use and recommend them. I give them five stars!

Omar and his crew installed 37 color changing recess lights around my whole house. They did an amazing job. Very professional throughout the whole process. They showed up on time and finished the job as promised. I would highly recommend them.

OMG!! I have never seen people so professional as these guys. They did not even come to my house but were in a neighbor's house doing electrical work. I asked them to please see me after they are done. Unplanned, they came and helped fix an electrical problem that have been pending for years. They were so kind and considerate even with their charge. I am so blown away. JVA Electric is now my electrical plug moving forward. I highly highly recommend them. Omar you are the best!!!! I needed my tesla wall charger installed, Omar and his co worker was more than willing to help me. They were professional and on time. Omar explained everything what they were going to do. The job took 2hr to finish, afterwards they helped configurate the charger making sure it worked properly. I highly recommend his services! Will definitely call him back to do more electrical work in the near future. Also, his price is reasonable. Very happy😊

This is a distribution center. You cannot buy anything here. This is not a place to do in-store shopping. The nearest one you can is 20 mi away

Some of the staff is not so friendly, but most are good people. Plenty of stock, but u can't buy from there, it's only for pickup

Worst will call of all times!!

I had a wonderful experience picking up my order from the warehouse. They are fully stocked for whatever you will need to do that job.

It would be helpful for them to place a sign, a large sign, above their will call door so there's no question in anyone's mind which door is the will-call door. Otherwise they were very accommodating when I visited them yesterday.

Parked there overnight and right at 7 am they unloaded me quick.

Terrible phone call support. After I have been transferred 5 different people the last one just dropped off the call

Worst experience I have ever had with a supplier. They never send any updates on orders, they gave false information on multiple occasions having me waste my time coming to pickup material that wasn’t there. We had to constantly ask for updates because they would go silent. The people in charge of will call asked me for the expected dimensions of the package and product information even though I had a valid reference number that was given to me and should have had all the information they needed in the system. So overall there isn’t very good communication between the sales side and the will call pickup area. I had to call my sales rep and hand the phone over to the person in charge of will call after they had told me I’d need to place another order. In order to use the restroom staff has to escort you to the back with no one to relieve the desk which slows down efficiency. Will call seems disorganized and not very eager to help customers find what they need. On top of that I had a tax issue on my order that I needed resolved.. So, I was asked to wait over an hour just for my sales rep to go to and finish a meeting so that he could help me. Once I returned to pickup my order after the issue was resolved, I was back at the end of the line and had to continue waiting. I definitely would not recommend having an account with Graybar to make special orders. I’m actually very surprised of their 4 star rating; but most of the written reviews are from 6 years ago.

Mike came out to my house to give a quote and was upfront and honest in every aspect. He had great pricing and clearly knows what he is doing. Highly recommend.
