Horton Electrical Service technicians were professional and competent. They were able to diagnosis the electrical issues efficiently and give me an estimate for repairs. They arrived on time to complete the repairs and I am very pleased with the results.

Professional team. They were quick to respond. The quality of the work was excellent. They did exactly what they said they would do. Very reasonable. Worked overtime to finish the job. No extra charge. They honor their quotation. Would hire Horton Electrical Service again if I need any work done. Five stars across the board!

Terrible, horrible company! They are scam artists out to make a quick, easy buck. We had them come out to a house we’re purchasing to check the extent of electrical repairs needed. The technician knew enough to get by and tell us what was wrong. That’s about all he was able to do. We called later that day to pay for the service so we could get the estimate on how much the work would cost. They sold us on a “membership” that would eliminate service call charges and give us a discount for one year so we went with that. They never gave us the estimate. Someone different has called my husband each day for the past 5 days to schedule the service and collect payment but they won’t give us an estimate as to how much it will cost, which they should know because their tech was out there already. We have told them we just want the estimate but they refuse to give it to us. We even had our realtor call and help us get some answers but they gave her the run around as well. They refuse to escalate to a manager and will not provide license numbers or the board that holds them. Be wary of this company!

I called because I needed a new flood light installed on my garage. I also needed a new outlet and wiring for my dehumidifier. Horton Electrical Service spent four hours here. They were completely competent and professional. They also did more work than I expected and went above and beyond. What didn't go above and beyond? The bill! I was charged a lower rate than I was originally quoted and yet they did more work than they originally assumed. They even helped me get my garage door system working again! My husband and I are grateful and appreciative.

We paid 145.00 for service on ceiling fans, the service man came out and said the could not be repaired and needed replaced. Our home warranty said that Horton needed to send them a statement saying that and they will pay back our service fee and send us money to replace ceiling fans. I called over and over, day after day for over a month! I even asked them to send to me. So basically they took my money, I got not help from home warranty company due to their negligence in just sending in the work receipt. They yesterday after almost 3 months, asking if we still needed help. Hello we already replaced ourselves, how about giving me my money back. We already knew the ceiling fans were not working! We just needed a receipt to get money from our home warranty company.

Horton Electrical Service did a fantastic job! The team was prompt, professional and very thorough in their work. They were suppose to show up between 2 -3. They texted me multiple times that they would be there at that time. At 3:30 I was calling to see where they were. They said they would call me back and let me know. They never showed. I had to call 5 times. They said they would get back to me. Finally I get a text at 6:15 saying the tech got confused. What the heck
If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid someone to go to my rent house and wait for them. Unprofessional. I really don’t know why they have such great reviews. I had to keep calling to finally getting a text

We have a detached garage that is diagonally opposite of the location of our circuit breaker box. Chams offered us two solutions to get a 240 volt line into our garage for our Tesla wall charger. Their crew was able to create a trench in our backyard and avoid all of our utilities including our irrigation system. They worked efficiently and did a very professional job. I highly recommend this team.

They will setup an inspection of the installation with the city of Houston if you want to make sure everything is up to code. This is an extra cost though. The work was done professionally and even with Cheikh of the country, he was still very responsive. Super awesome guys and you will love their work! Thanks fellas!
