I had a slab leak in my garage. These guys were able to bypass the leak without having to disturb my foundation. They stayed until 7:30 PM until the job was complete. Very honest and straight shooters. I'd recommend them to anyone.

They came out ahead of the scheduled time and worked in the pouring rain to get my problem fixed quick. Very happy with the service, definitely recommend.

They contacted me immediately after booking through their online service and came promptly at 8 am on Monday. They made quick work of our clog and we discussed a more permanent solution to the problem. We will definitely be calling them again.

Outstanding! Called for Saturday service for leaking PVC pipes under dual kitchen sink. Steven arrived within 30 minutes (clean, neat, intelligent, articulate and personable). He disassembled, cleaned and reassembled all the connections within 30 minutes and suggested a product to prevent further occurrences. He explained further services his company offers (as information, not as a sales pitch - low key, no pressure) and their service contract made sense to me so I purchased it. I will use them again in the future as required and for periodic maintenance .

Arrived promptly and fixed the problem quickly

We called Wood & Wood and they showed up within one hour. Installed my new water heater and all is good. The two people who showed up were very respectful and did a great job. I will use Wood & Wood again.

Wood & Wood came out on October 13th to give us a quote on some plumbing work. They took notes and measurements, charged me $60 for what I thought was a free quote, and then told me they get back to me in 2-3 days with a quote. 2 weeks later, I still haven't received a quote. I've called 3 times now and I'm not getting a response at all to my messages. I'll be filing a dispute with my bank for the $60 charge.

**update:a gentleman called me yesterday and apologized. Came out a second time to get info and had a quote to me this morning. We will be moving forward with them and I will update updates review after it is complete.

My wife called me at work saying that all of the tubs and toilets in the house overflowed at the same time. I called Wood and Wood plumbing because they are local and I have seen them around. Needless to say that they were at my home withing 45 minutes, they didn't mess around either. They went straight to work. They found the problem and fixed it. They also informed of the cause of the problem and gave me several option for further repairs to prevent it again. They did not pressure me to make a decision. They were courteous and to the point. I will be calling them for all of my plumbing needs. They also have a very good text alert sytem that informs you of who is coming (By name) and when they were arriving. I couldn't ask for better service.

I love working with these great people. I have needed them 6+ times. Wonderful working with my schedule and they do a fantastic job. I am a continuous repeat customer for all the jobs that I need. From frozen pipes to leaky pipes to broken shower heads they done them all even stopped up tubs, leaking toilets and installing new water heaters. Now after a year I am adding gas line for my AC furnace. Amazing job guys thanks again

Will & the young man with him were efficient & fast. One if the toilets just needed the chain inside the toilet lengthened. The other need a full repair. They told me what the charge would be & had it fixed in less than an hour. I’ll definitely call Wood & Wood Plumbing again.

Sent a text on our issue, promptly answered back , scheduled for today . Service person came ,issue was quickly resolved.

My experience was not good. Will and his guy installed three toilets and a garbage disposal hook up. They had to come back for a redo on one toilet 2 days later for rocking. Six months down the road I have had to reset one toilet because the toilet had Loose toilet nuts. Very loose. and I have a bucket to catch water under the sink from the install on the disposal. There is more to the story but I think this is enough to say, "Go somewhere any where else but this company. Was it worth 500 dollars?

HIGHLY recommend!! Wish we had heard of them before now and that they were closer. Drove 30 miles and saved the day for our group of office ladies. Same day service with both professional and courteous workers. If you want to speak to a plumber that will actually answer the phone, give them a call.

I called them at 10 am. They made an appoint for 4 pm that same day. Came 2 hrs. early and were done by 4 pm. My water heater went out and they replaced it. Fast and very professional. Great job. Thank you.

Steven came out the day after I called them and gave me a very good priced quote and walked me through everything. I booked that day(friday evening) and they where out here by Tuesday to repipe my propane lines. I will 1000% be using them again and recommend using them for quick, friendly, well priced service.
