Chris did a fantastic job repairing one of our restaurant’s AC compressors. He did the research to find out the parts were covered under warranty even though we were not originally the owner of unit. Chris provided superb friendly knowledgeable service. Highly recommend.

Robert came out on a hot Sunday and got our AC fixed in less than an hour. The price was higher than what I anticipated for the time spent fixing it but I understand it was a Sunday. He is very knowledgeable and very professional. He checked to make sure everything was working before leaving. He gave us advice on how to fix another small problem we were having. We will be signing up for the service plan soon. Thanks again

Evap Coil failed and Reid’s was able to come by the same day to confirm the issue. Next day they penciled me in and had it back in business in less than 3 hours. Couldn’t be more grateful for the team to have our home in an enjoyable state with 100 degree temps. Amber and Kelly were helpful, friendly, and quick.
