This is the third time we have used Window Genie of Clear Lake. They have done interior windows and exterior windows and power washing the house, garage, patio, driveway and sidewalks. The crew, Chris and Jamis were professional, knowledgeable, answered my questions and did a good job. Office staff was courteous and helpful. I definitely recommend them.

They did a wonderful job of cleaning my windows. They made the house look brand new. A minor complaint is that they do not put things back in order. They left the screens off some of the windows and did not put the furniture back in place that they moved to clean the windows. Other than that, great job. I will use them again

They techs were at my home over 12 hours. They did a fabulous job with the power washing, but I was especially impressed with the detail of the window cleaning. I’ve never seen my windows sparkle so much. Would highly recommend as part of your spring cleaning.

They came out and did A great job on A challenging gutter situation. Even showed me I had A massive root in my gutter!! They were friendly professionals who showed up on time and didn’t stop til the job was done and didn’t leave A mess despite the amount of work that was presented to them. Clyde was great.

A three man crew comprised of Chris, Clyde, and Jaims came to my home to clean windows, gutter clean out, pressure washing of driveway, and cleaning of eaves. They were here for about 6 or more hours. They were on time, explained what they were going to do, and encouraged any questions regarding their work. Upon completion, they left everything sparkling clean and bagged all of their trash.
I would definitely refer Window Genie of Clear Lake to anyone looking for any of their offered services.

Our company used Window Genie for our internal and external window cleaning. Also inside large, tall 12 foot glass conference rooms that has a special smoke wrapping around the glass so I was concerned for someone to clean over that. The two men that came out did an amazing job and our glass and windows look excellent. Very professional and honest company. Worked with Mary for quote and pricing and she was very quick to respond and thorough. and so helpful. Window Genie was great. The team (James and Juelin) were extremely polite and did great work. The windows look great. They even took the time to move everything that would be in the way of the windows and put everything back afterwards.

We recently moved into this house, and you can tell from the before the windows hadn't been washed in quite a long time. Very reasonably priced and the crew had great attitudes and very friendly. Couldn't be more pleased!

James & Clyde did a wonderful job cleaning our windows inside & out, powerwashing our home & cleaning out the gutters. This is my second time using Window Genie of Clear lake & I highly recommend this business.

Jaellin & Jaims did a stellar job! They cleared our gutters and cleaned our siding, driveway, sidewalk, the exteriors of our windows and window tracks. They were very thorough, took great care & everything looks beautiful. We are and will be return customers!

There was a minor issue with the technician showing up and doing the work before the appointment time window during gutter cleaning. I called with my concerns and they immediately send the technician back to make sure we were completely satisfied with their work. Highly recommend their service.

James and Clyde from Window Genie Clear Lake came out to deep clean my windows before the freeze came. (We just bought the house and the windows were grimy - I wanted a reset before I started maintaining it.) Took about 4 hours to do the whole house (1 story, ~2k sqft). They were very courteous and friendly and allowed me to shadow them and ask questions. Clyde even gave me a helpful hint in fixing one of the window latches that didn't close all the way. James did a final walk thru inspection to let me know all the busted seals on my double panes and found a few areas to touch up. They had already packed up their equipment, but got it out again to get the best clean for ALL the windows. These guys care about doing a good job. They told me Window Genie offered a scheduled cleaning, but were not pushy with selling. 10/10 would recommend. Because of their "bedside manner" I am highly considering hiring them again for maintenance even though now I could do it myself if I wanted now that the heavy grime has been cleared.
