    This is a review regarding the service provided by Trace. I have used this company multiple times in the past and they didn’t disappoint. Trace was always professional and took care of all the areas that I pointed out. The original service was only to clean the carpets in the rooms, but I added some cleaning to the living room couches. All areas look much better. Most are old carpets, but the service improved how they look. I would do service again with them.

Isaac didn’t just clean our floors, he completely refreshed them. He was extremely thorough, took great care in every room, and treated our home with respect, like it was his own. He explained the benefits of adding Scotchgard and helped me understand why it was a smart choice to protect our carpets moving forward. His professionalism and attention to detail were top-notch! I honestly felt like he went above and beyond. The house looks amazing, and I’m so glad we opted for the extra protection. If your floors need some TLC, I highly recommend Isaac.
