All I can say is WOW!! They did an awesome job. It took us two years to find someone to reface our fireplace. It was exhausting. But we stumbled on 5star kitchen and bath. They had someone come out right away to give us and estimate and the follow up and communication with was amazing. The date of our install was on time and the guys showed up on the dot. Our fireplace came out soooo beautiful and we are sooooo very happy and thankful to them for doing such a great job!! We would definitely use them again for future projects. Definitely recommend them! Thanks soooo much! We love our new fireplace facing!
I totally love my kitchen . It is all white. Curtis and Ethan H was the best tearing it apart and helped put it back together in record time. My counter tops is the best . I have water fall down the sides which is beutiful . They even cleaned up all there messy . Brady and Enrique did a great job putting it back together . I will have them back for sure. The installers who came to repair our flooring were wonderful. They worked hard and went above and beyond what was expected and required. They were very professional and courteous. Lazaro and Brady H were the best. The electrician who came the next day also noticed a few lights were not working and replaced all of the lights and they look wonderful. Thanks to Austin. I hope Donnie appreciates their care of the customer. Thanks for a job well done!!
Matt Chaffee was a wonderful consultant and Ethan and Zack did such a great job on the installation. All completed in a about 6 hours. Now I just have to paint the yellow walls and it will be even better. So happy to see the tile gone! I love my new shower! Thank you 5-Star Kitchen & Bath!!
When Brandon first came to our home to discuss five star’s philosophy and mission to make this the best experience possible for remodeling our kitchen, I was sold! Brandon then continued listening and advising and meeting us until he handed us off to the ever-attentive foreman, Donnie. Donnie also listened and worked through every question and concern we had through completion. 5 Star took care of everything. Scheduling and communication with Kylee was the most thorough and consistent I’ve ever experienced with a project this size. 5 Star took care of all the organization; designing, ordering, installing and plumbing making any adjustments as necessary. They were prompt and kept us informed throughout. All of the teams were appropriately cordial and available. Raphaela oversaw and worked with her team to install our kitchen cabinets in a timely respectful manner flawlessly. Every aspect of Andrew’s quartz countertop measurement and installation process was carried out until perfection! Leo worked by Andrew’s side in this enormous endeavor. These guys have talent and pride in their work. Ryan and Gary wrapped up the job with an eye for excellence. They saw to every last thing from plumbing to more installation and clean up before I gave them my final payment. They had suggestions for questions we had moving forward. We were definitely in good hands throughout this process with five star kitchen and bath and would recommend them to everyone!
During both of our remodels, the biggest complaints I had were communication and quality. Two big components that a company should really pride themselves on if they cared about their customer base. Communication for our projects failed at almost every step of the way. The conversations had between us and the salesman were great, and then almost every single interaction that was not only had between us and the company but the company within themselves was comically poor. Their quality of work is not worth what you pay, not even close. There has not been a single thing that they've done that we haven't had to ask them to fix or redo. This adds time to the project, financial strain on us as customers, and not to mention the stress of constantly acting as a project manager. We have had MAJOR things need to be redone (I'm talking walls needing to be taken apart and rebuilt, cabinet and ceiling painting, relocating outlets, and an ENTIRE SHOWER FLOOR), as well as other things (paint chipped walls, bad putty jobs, grout crumbling, paint splattered inside and outside the house and on and on) and all of it was because no one from their team cares enough to do it right the first time. Not only that, but just this last time when pointing out that the glass they had "special ordered" was actually measured wrong and therefore our shower door is crooked, I was told that my "OCD will just have to live with it." This company is not worth your time or effort. I would never recommend them to anyone.
