This is hands down the best fine carpet cleaning company I have used here in the Valley. They even got cherry stains out of my light blue rug! Jeff is very fair, prompt and will take your rugs in and out for you. I can’t say enough good things about this fledgling company other than to add that I will use them again, gladly!

For an excellent carpet clean at a very fair price, look no further. Jeff was a professional from start to finish and the carpets have never looked better. Better value than ZeroRez (whom we’ve used in the past). He even cleaned some extra rugs we weren’t expecting. We’ll definitely be going back to Jeff.

I have been their customer for the last 8yrs. I have a cat who likes to leave "surprises" in obscure corners and my nice wool rugs, when my twins were toddlers and they'd puke all over, couches getting stained, etc... Chem Dry has come to the rescue every time and have done a phenomenal job leaving no evidence behind.

They always come on time and finish within the time-frame they estimate before starting the job. The owner is super nice and understanding. He went from a couple people business to multiple regions and teams. So it goes to show that their work is good and customers keep calling them back.

I've used Chem Dry now three times. Great job, service and results every time. Their magnet is the only business magnet I keep on my fridge. I have a big dog who sheds and leaves oil on my throw rugs. Having the rugs cleaned by these guys has kept me from buying new ones every year. Well worth it and highly recommended.

Quality results with excellent service!
Our carpet looks great!

Overall the service was ok. The technician I had was amazing and he did a great job, but my original request when looking for help was to treat old cat urine and I feel information could have been disclosed more transparently upon calling.

I specifically asked the person making my appointment if old cat urine was treatable and she assured me it was. I then asked her if there was a guarantee for a second treatment if it still smelled, and again she said yes.

When the technician showed up I asked before starting if finding the old spots was possible and he said no. I then asked if there was a guarantee if after cleaning it still smelled and he said no, since I had tried to clean the spots myself. Because I had moved the necessary furniture and hadn’t had luck doing it myself, I decided to go ahead with the servicing.

I understand where they’re coming from to not honor a guarantee, but wish it would have been disclosed upon my original call. It seems that would be a routine question to ask when specifically asking about pet urine treatment. I probably would have persisted to try cleaning myself had I known, as it was quite expensive spending $450 to clean 4 rooms.

Three of the rooms I had cleaned I can’t smell any urine, which is great. But I am super disappointed that the one room I didn’t try to clean at all, which still smells quite significantly, does not qualify for a secondary treatment.

Thankfully there is no sign of any remaining smell in my office which was what prompted the original call. For that I am very thankful, because working all day with that smell was definitely not pleasant.

Again the technician was great and thorough, just disappointed that information wasn’t transparent up front and highly disappointed that the room that still smells doesn’t fall under the warranty.

I've had two houses done at this point with this company. And I definitely plan on continuing to use their services. Always friendly, get the job done, and all at a great price. I'm very pleased with the services.
