Consistent problems with who they Franchise out to. Gerardo was the main cleaner-When we gave notice and full filled our 30 days we made sure we were all current with our statements. We fought for 2 months to get keys back to one of our buildings and never received them back. We had to re-key the building and Coverall Cleaning said they were no responsible for that cost even though it was their employee that lost the key.
