I definitely wont be using them again. They managed to mess up scheduling, my bill, didnt fix three of my sprinklers on the first vist and my basement flooded within 24 hrs of them working on a sprinkler valve which then got stuck open.

They charged me almost 900 dollars to install an automatic timer, fix 3 sprinkler heads and to work on 2 valves that ended up malfunctioning and costing me 400 more dollars and 8 hours to fix the basement flooding.

Did they even say sorry or really help in any way... not really.

Excellent price and quality of work. They were friendly and thorough with our project. Would definitely use them again.

I've worked with Akimoto Sprinkers for over 8 yrs now, The guys are the same, Brad and DeAngelo came out this time (worked with a few others whenever the need arises) I keep working on my yard and changing things up apparently and the guys know my system, and They are always on time and gets me in the timeframe needed. I am re-doing my tiered yard and need to change sprinkler zones. They always do great work.

Ok-in a word the best!!! We had a mysterious low water pressure issue and these guys came back at 6:00pm unannounced to “see if this works?”. The main line hadn’t been turned all the way back on by our plumber who repaired the stop and waste. Yay Akimoto!!

Akimoto is Great! Installed my irrigation system years ago. They are my go to for all my irrigation needs. Great customer service! Never disappointed

Love these guys l! I have been a customer for 10 yrs now. Some yrs they only come out once to ensure all my sprinkle are working properly some yrs a few times since I have been redoing landscaping slowly and reworking different areas and my landscaper will try and fix things but then something else goes wrong and I recommend Akimoto Sprinklers as I trust they will repair and get the work done properly.

We had a leak that no one could/would deal with. Remington came out and got it taken care of no problem! Super honest and professional

Great service and expertise and very honest! I had a valve leaking deep under my concrete planter. They gave me an estimate to repair it. They ended up finding a different problem with a simpler repair and charged my less than half the original bid. They could have easily told me they fixed what I had agreed to pay to fix and not made me aware of the less costly fix but they were honest which is much more valuable than money. Thank you!
As an update, I had another issue just this week with my sprinkler valve and they came out right away and Bryce actually found the problem immediately and fixed it. Another great job by Akimoto.

Great work and fair pricing. Any time I’ve had questions about my options on a repair, they patiently explained the pros and cons of each choice, and I’ve never felt like I was being upsold on something I didn’t need.

They get booked solid in the busier parts of the season, so get on their schedule early.

These guys are great, they’re fast, efficient and nice.

They worked with me to get my sprinkler system winterized while I was out of town. They are considerate and hardworking.

That was one heck of a difficult job - 21 irrigation zones and some were mis-wired or left totally unconnected by previous contractor. Remington did a fantastic job tracing and diagnosing the problem and got all zones up and running. Really happy with his work!!!!!

I’ve worked with Akimoto for several years. Last fall due to a miscommunication, the water supply to the sprinkler system didn’t get shut off, consequently an onside pipe that was still pressurized broke and flooded my basement. Dennis stepped up and immediately took responsibility and made a claim with his insurance company so I didn’t need to make a claim on my homeowners insurance, then came out and fixed the sprinkler system in the spring. Nobody’s perfect, but a responsible contractor is good to find! Minus one star for the error, but recommended for doing the right thing.

I couldn't be happier with my experience. They were responsive and got me scheduled the following day. Bryce showed up on time and was able to identify and quickly fix my issues. I highly recommend them and will be using their services in the future.

Akimoto sprinklers team keep coming through! I have been a customer now for ~5 years. I’ve had to have manifolds replaced, sprinklers relocated, and main irrigation valve replaced (comes with living on an old property). Team/technicians are friendly and professional always with fair rates coupled with high quality work.
