We had a wonderful experience working with Blake, Tim and their team members. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and they paid attention to every detail to make sure everything was done right.
They kept us updated on the timeline, and were patient with our questions and requests. Our basement home gym, bathrooms, kitchenette and living space turned out beautiful, and we are very happy with the final result.
We truly appreciate their hard work, honesty, and dedication to making sure we were satisfied. We would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled contractor.

WOW. I'm really bummed Blake did not have the chance to do my basement. I wish I had a chance to give feedback on his work. He was so knowledgeable and helpful on the phone. We made design changes, additions, and subtractions during project construction. These included adding rockwool insultation, home theater wiring, built-in book shelves, kitchenette and flooring upgrades. Brian and Blake easily adapted to these requests.

Brian and Blake acquired all needed city building permits. Brian and Blake scheduled all city building inspections too. We were present during all city inspections, and all inspections passed the first time.
