John is a thorough professional. He cleaned the hardwood floor to our satisfaction, and had fantastic attitude.

These guys do a great job and are very pleasant to work with. I had to change the cleaning date several times and they were very accommodating.

This was our first time working with Chemdry. We had a small flood in our basement and were able to salvage the carpet but it was in rough shape. We had family coming into town so I was hoping to find someone who could clean it on short notice and have it dry quickly. Chemdry came to our rescue. Here are the things we loved:

1. Our tech was kind, courteous and worked to help us get the best deal for our money.
2. He made quick work of the job and cleaned up after he finished.
3. It was mostly dry within the first few hours and completely dry within 24 hours.
4. They had last minute availability.
5. The carpet looked amazing.

Overall we were very happy and will use them again in the future.

Dallin was a miracle worker with our carpet cleaning. I had several stains to clean and the PURT treatment done as well. My carpets look new again even though they’re several years old. He did thorough and efficient work making sure he was clear and my needs were met. Great job!

Our carpet is very old and I didn't have much hope for it. I didn't want to replace it right now so we called Qualls Chem-dry. The technician, Tanner, was very thorough and did an excellent job. I'm very pleased with my carpet. He also cleaned and sealed our tile. It looks beautiful!! I will definitely use them again!

I was so disappointed in your service. I was sent a text to say I was scheduled for between 11am and 2pm. I then eventually got a text from the technician at 4pm, after calling myself twice to see where they were., saying he was told I was scheduled for 1pm to3pm and was running late. He arrived at 4:30pm on his own. He said another colleague was supposed to join to help but wasn’t now coming, traffic. So this young man worked from 5pm until 9pm and was so tired as it was his 4th house of the day. He missed cleaning placed and left brown water marks on the carpets. My neighbors were not happy with the noise so late at night.

Tanner did a fantastic job and my carpets look great!! He was prompt looked at everything and told me the exact amount no hidden anything. Thank you so much
