Awesome company. They were supposed to replace the flashing around our chimney. Kip looked at it determined it didn't need replacing. They resealed it and attached the cover on the chimney that came loose. I will definitely use them again. Very honest and friendly people.

We were pleased with the work the Vermont Construction Company crew did to replace our cottage roof. I would have appreciated some more clarity about who was the contact person when I had questions. When the roof was being repaired, the worker incharge communicated the progress & sent pictures.

we wanted to share an excellant experience with your company's efforts in installing our new residential roof. Gabe was very open and professional when presenting the overall picture of the pricing, roofing type and color options, scheduling, new skylight installation details, chimney flashing repairs, possible plywood replacement as needed, etc, etc. our questions were answered that day, with later follow-up questions via email within an hour or two, max. Jenna was very pleasant to speak with in regards to a firm start date, also. the crew of 9 arrived at 7:00, and I was relieved to see the immediate installation of a sturdy anchorage system across the roof peak and every worker up on the roof utilizing a self-arresting harness system in good repair. huge tarps were erected to catch any falling debris and by 8:20 the old roof was off. the work progressed steadily throught the day, with zero issues and an obvious focus on crew safety. you have an excellant foreman who has assembled and trained a great, friendly, hardworking crew. probably none better, congratulations! debris clean up was outstanding, leaving the area around the house better than when your crew arrived. the young lady who was our laison between us and the foreman was happy, professional, hardworking and a joy to work with. how are you finding these folks? they are the BEST!

I reached out on a Thursday, Kenny Powers was here the next day and he sent me a very fair and comprehensive estimate on Saturday. Due to my having to first remove and reinstall solar panels our project is on a temporary hold, but I highly, highly recommend Kenny Powers at the roofing division of Vermont Construction Company

When talking to Kyle about the products to us (windows) he did a great job explaining the process and excellent answers to our questions we had . He’s very professional and polite, easy to talk to . So I recommend DaBella company through south Burlington Vt and ask for Kyle .

The Vt. Construction Team showed up on time, delivered a terrific final product, cleaned up as if they were never there and left us smiling ear to ear. I’ve been in the construction business for over 50 years and I can say this Team performs beyond one’s expectations. I heartily recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing replacement.

The team that came out to do the job was amazing. They worked incredibly hard in not the best weather - it was frigid cold. I wish they were better dressed for the weather and conditions. That's my only complaint, if you can call it that. More of a concern. They got the entire roof cleared of the old shingles and the new roof on in one day. The work was quick and very well done but there were communications issues at the start of the project

The crew that replaced my barn roof (roughly 60sq) with multiple roof lines and a cupula that needed to be shifted and then put back in place once the hole was covered was phenomenal. I would highly recommend Vermont Construction. I worked with Paula to choose with roof option (asphalt vs metal) would both look good and have a reasonable cost. I'm very happy with the end result.

Quick turnaround for a new roof, easy to work with. Seems to be quality work. They did not leave a mess which is nice. Originally I wanted to do standing seam metal but the price was extremely high so we went with the black shingles which I’m told is very durable and Carrie’s a 10 year parts and labor warranty from VT construction.

They had a big crew that did everything in a day. They worked until like 7:30p to get it done. Certainly hard working.

These folks are top notch. When they did my roof a few years ago, the workers were polite and professional. My whole roof was completed in one day. Recently, I reached out to them with what turned out to be a dumb request. They were kind and took my concern seriously, even though it was probably a waste of their time. I highly recommend them. It's so nice to work with folks who care about their customers.

Vermont Construction was a pleasure to work with. Their team did a great job replacing the roof on our house. Our initial contact with Gerry was very professional and he was easy to work with. The roofing team led by Brian was prompt and efficient. Quality work with quality materials. I would guess our home isn't easy to re-roof because of the multiple peaks and valleys with a steep pitch. All of the debris from the old roof was collected and disposed of before they left the property that day.
We also appreciated the company's next day on-site review and follow-up with Zac. We have recommended them to our friends.

Vermont Constructuon Company was amazing to work with. From our first contact right down to the crew who shingled, everyone was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. The job consisted of a large separate garage and a house with an attached garage (both new construction). The crew was in and out in two days. Cleanup was done at the end of each day.

This company did a great job! Gerry was very good to work with, he answered all my questions, as well as Kelsey once the project started. The team of guys that came at 7:00 am and left at 7:00 pm were very fast and worked hard all day! They also cleaned everything up nicely. I couldn’t believe with the size of my roof that it was all done in one day!

We had our roof replaced in May, 2025. It was super fast and the crew of men and women were awesome. Everyone knew their job and they never stopped moving! Parts of the roof had some plywood that needed to be replaced. It was coming with one phone call and the work never stopped while waiting for it. To watch them was fasinating. Crew leader was excellent. Would definitely recommend them.
