I called to get an estimate, which apparently they are too backed up to do, but also couldn’t give me any information about if the estimate I received from another company was reasonable over the phone, very dismissive and clearly not in need of business if this is how they speak to people inquiring into their services.

They use poor business practices and then they call you and yell at you about your bill! Horrible customer service in Vermont. Many other reputable companies.

I have found Bartlett to be very responsive and they do good work. I had a giant 95-100 foot white pine that needed to be cut down. I called several companies who came out and never got back to me. Bartlett came over, gave me a reasonable estimate and completed the job as soon as the ground froze. I have had them do several other jobs since and have been very satisfied.
