Scott, the technician, was polite, professional, careful but efficient, thorough in his work -and so tidy! (and gave me the opportunity to clean behind my stove,!) His experience doing this work and service work generally was obvious in how he handled himself and communicated, including clearly explaining the situation and what needed to be done.
