Eric is awesome! I called several people about servicing our boiler, either they didn’t call back, show up or didn’t know what they were doing. Eric fixed every problem, was extremely professional and a very nice person as well. I have been a commercial contractor for 30 years and I give him the highest possible rating.

We hired AAA Mechanical to install our Mini-split. We couldn’t be happier. They came when they said they would, did the work they promised and all with smiles and treats for our pupper. If you want great work done by some really, good and decent people …. give them a call. Well deserved 5 stars!

Erik has my business forever! Erik was the only one of 5 HVAC services to answer my call when my boiler failed in the middle of a cold winter month. He spent as much time as was needed on the phone with me, directing me what I could do to stabilize the furnace for the night. He arrived the next morning promptly, at the agreed upon time, and remedied the issue quickly. His pricing was more than reasonable and to top it off he was very professional, patient and understanding. His motto on his website is “just an honest man doing some honest work” is very true. I will recommend him to anyone I know who needs HVAC service!

I hired Erik to install a mini split Heat Pump in my son’s bedroom. All other contractors were scheduling out months in advance. Erik had an opening the following week, and offered a fair price. On top of that, the installation only took 1 day, and he handled all of the electrical. It was a one stop shop. I have recommended Erik to friends and family, and will continue to do so.

Our furnace stopped working today. Erik was able to respond very quickly and was able to diagnose and repair our furnace very quickly. The price was very fair. Erik is a very nice guy. We will definitely use them again in the future.

After desperately searching for someone to install a heat pump in our home this summer, I finally discovered AAA Mechanical - and was very glad I did! I had gotten a few other assessments and quotes from other installers, however they were too expensive and/or too busy to get the job done. I was then referred to Erik at AAA Mechanical, who was an absolute godsend! He promptly came for a consult and was able to install our heat pump sooner than any other installer, and for a much more affordable price. He is super knowledgeable and did a fantastic job, and the entire upstairs of our home is now cool and comfortable, a total transformation! He and his wife were the ultimate team, working through sweltering heat, a thunderstorm, and into the evening to make sure the heat pump was installed on time. Not to mention they are very friendly and responsive. Thank you Erik & Nathalie!!

We recently contacted AAA Mechanical to ask whether they had installed the “coil thingy in the furnace that makes it blow cold air with the condenser outside.” The woman who answered the phone couldn’t have been friendlier—she laughed and knew exactly what I meant! She confirmed that yes, they do, and immediately offered to schedule a visit for an estimate. I was genuinely surprised—in today’s world, it’s rare to find a company so eager and willing to help right off the bat.

We scheduled an appointment, and true to their word, they showed up. Erik and his partner (a sweet Boxer named Blue) arrived on time and were both professional and personable. Within 24 hours, we received a detailed estimate and moved forward with the project by placing a deposit. Despite a minor hiccup in equipment delivery (completely out of their control), everything was received and ready within just 2.5 weeks.

On installation day, Erik and Blue showed up right on time. Eric got straight to work, was incredibly respectful of our space, and even made sure Blue wasn’t too disruptive—though, truthfully, Blue had a great time playing with our dogs! It was a smooth, enjoyable day, and I’d wager we all slept well that night.

Erik worked efficiently and wrapped up before 5 PM. The job was done perfectly, and he left every area spotless. The pricing was more than fair, and the quality of service exceeded our expectations.

I’m writing this review from a wonderfully cool, air-conditioned home and can confidently say we are extremely happy customers. Thank you, Erik—you’re a rare find, and we highly recommend AAA Mechanical!

I had a pipe leak after 10pm and called and was answered and advised what to do till Erik got there in the morning (to avoid triple the cost). He arrived and was communicative with what the issue was, he fixed it, and was punctual. I would highly recommend AAA Mechanical to anyone. Wonderful person. Wonderful business.

The appointment was to be between 11:00~ 2:00. They arrived shortly after 11:00. They checked out the furnace thoroughly and gave me the report of their findings. Very professional, not "pushy" at all. There were some decisions I had to make. After listening to them, I decided to have the furnace replaced. They will be doing the work. Very pleased with the entire evaluation.

Dylan was exceptional , consistent and had knowledge of many areas! His assistants were good as well. I would give him 5 star service and most certainly recommend him and Brock’s to anyone I care about. They are costly but the investment is for now and future comfort in heating , cooling , air exchange unit and changing from oil to gas system!

A friend recommended going with Brocks to install heat pump at my house. They made everything so easy. They were incredibly responsive, scheduling a consult at my place immediately, walking me through my options. They were patient with my decision making time between getting the quote and deciding to do it, but when I decided, they jumped right into action, kept me informed of the plan, had me sign docs on my time, when the guys showed up, they got right down to it and were done and cleaned up in a few hours. Very professional and couldn’t be easier. Top notch.

Derick from Brock Heating &Gas Services was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, efficient and obviously very competent. I loved that Brock sent me texts letting me know who was coming and when they would arrive. Great experience from start to finish today.

Andrew Arnold, of Brock's Heating, Air Conditioning & Gas Services serviced our System 2000 propane fired furnace this morning. For 28 days we had heat in only four of six zones. With a previous service group we had waited for three weeks for a replacement Digitial Energy Board - which had reportedly been ordered multiple times but never arrived. I contacted Brock's on Monday (had worked with Energy Kinetics to arrange a board to be dropped off) as a "new" customer. Andrew showed up early today, Wednesday - two days later - during a snow storm, with the replacement board, installed it, performed an annual "cleaning" and service check, confirmed all zones were working, air that had been in a couple of zones is now gone...everything we had hoped for and a bit more. Andrew was professional, polite, conversant and friendly - sincerely interested in not only representing Brock's to the best possible extent, but also to ensure that a customer's needs had been completely satisfied.
My wife and I have only the highest regard for Brock's and Andrew and highly recommend them for heating services and all services that they offer.

Brock's was able to get me in quickly with the issue I was having, and the technician Andrew was fantastic, and able to explain things in depth with me, along with provide a number of options down the road (none of which sounded sales pitchy). Highly recommend this company!

I had a great experience with Brock's. I had an issue where a zone wasn't heating. First things first. THEY ANSWERED THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED! I know I know that bar is pretty low but you'd be surprised how many time calls go unreturned let alone picked up. I was ready for them to tell me that they were booked weeks out but Tanya being the top notch scheduler she is, was able to get a tech out to me in 2 days. The cold villagers rejoiced. Casey was my tech and was wildly helpful. He explained everything to me like I was five (by my request). He was courteous and was never pushy about selling parts/service that weren't needed. He even walked me through what I would have to do to unfreeze my pipe. All in all a great experience with Brock's. If you want your phone call answered and knowledgeable and kind techs call Brock's.

Brandon installed a new Bradford White hot water heater for us yesterday and we could not be happier! He was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and meticulous with his work. He answered all my questions and went out of his way to show me exactly how the system operates.
