Our technician Bob was fantastic. Great guy, incredibly knowledgeable, and very transparent about the repair, costs, and options in that regard. Cannot recommend him and this service highly enough.

The actual technician was good, but the overall service was so inefficient. This took 5 times for the tech to come out because of the worthless AI system Sears Home Services use. I had to schedule and tried leaving notes, but they were never read by an actual person. The tech showed up and didn’t have parts so it took another trip. Also one time we were scheduled and the tech did not show, but he said it wasn’t on his schedule. We will not use Sears Home Services again.

Scott always does a great job. My washer keeps breaking down same issue over and over. He has always been great coming and fixing the Maytag washer.

Was able to book appointment the same day. Scott seemed quite knowledgeable and was very straightforward with what was happening with my washer and how best to move forward.

Scott arrived at his estimated time and quickly diagnosed/repaired our washer issue. He also gave us information to hopefully avoid the problem in the future. Highly recommend!

Guy seemed very knowledgeable change all the wiring the knobs in the circuit boards, tested the burners and checked the two ovens for calibration
