The ServPro folks were awesome. They called me immediately after my insurance company contacted them. They came out right away and went to work. They carefully packed everything that was in my closet and quickly removed all the wet drywall and insulation, installed fans and dehumidifiers, and had it all done in less than a day. I had to leave town and felt very comfortable leaving them a key. I would definitely use them again.

My wife and I bought our first place together about a year ago. It was a very exciting time for us until we experienced a sewage backup on the day before we moved in. We had to work with many different companies and workers throughout our home troubles over the past year, including other Servpro branches, but Servpro of Alexandria was by far the best of everyone. They were the one factor we did not have to worry about and could depend on. Their workers were always super responsive, supportive, reasonable, and kind. Maria (who was our Construction Manager throughout everything and who we worked with the most) was especially intelligent, efficient, compassionate, and just generally a great pleasure to work with.

We hope we never have to see them again for an emergency, but we enjoyed them so much that we look forward to using them for any future remodeling or home construction projects.

Every time I’ve called the number listed on Google Maps, the experience has been frustrating. The person who answers sounds annoyed right off the bat and immediately cuts me off to say she needs to transfer me. After that, I get bounced around to different people, and it feels like no one really wants to help. All of this just to ask about scheduling a simple duct cleaning. If it’s this difficult just to get basic information, I can’t imagine how the actual service.

We had a pipe burst and flood our basement. This was the first mitigation company I called that gave me an actual date to inspect the damage (the others just said they'd get there at some point). Everyone at the company has been courteous, professional, prompt, and very helpful throughout the process.
