We had Joe come out to install a cieling fan where there previously wasn't one installed. He was professional, curtious, and kept a clean work space. He ran the wiring and installed the fan in short order for a fair price. We can't recommend him enough and will be using him for future projects.

My wife and I are deeply grateful to Cullen Electric for responding within two hours of our call to change an old outlet that did not fit our new refrigerator.

Our old refrigerator had been dead for six days on the Friday the new one was delivered. We were desperate to avoid having to wait until the following Monday to get the new one up and running. Cullen saved the day for us and made our weekend much more enjoyable.

Joe and Kari were both awesome to work with. Joe came out and upgraded my breaker panel and service to 200 amps. He was communicative and left everything at least as good as when he started. While waiting for the inspector, he also gave me a ton of helpful tips and interesting general info.

Price was very reasonable. Not the lowest, but definitely felt like a good deal relative to Joe's experience and quality combined with Kari's quick coordination of everything (especially compared with many outsourced call centers who can't answer any questions about the service).

I’m a homeowner that found capital after being frustrated with the lack of assistance and product choice at Home Depot. Walked in to the store and Michael got me set up with everything I need for my project. Asked me lots of questions to make sure nothing was forgotten. He gave me undivided attention and knew his stuff. Wish I had started coming here sooner. Every electrical need I have going forward will be purchased through Capital. Thank you.

I know that for capital electric, customers are very important, but in reality, and in practice, the opposite happens. Today I had a bad experience at the Alexandria VA branch, I had an order since last week, I went to pick it up and the person who speaks my language, I don't know why he didn't want to serve me, he served another person who arrived after That frustrated me and I asked another employee for help. I know we don't buy much, but I think the customer is the customer.

Got email item was ready for pick up went to store next day and item wasn't ready
