I have to say we had an great experience with KBF. I found them on Angie's List and they did everything as promised. This is my second kitchen and it was delivered on time by phenomenal contractors who showed up on time every day, kept the place clean, did exemplary work, and were on budget, including not disappearing as the project came to a close (a notorious outcome on most fix it projects). We got a gorgeous kitchen and are thrilled!
Excellent experience. David and his staff are very accomodating and professional. The contractors that we worked with are top-notch. Everything was timely and within our budget. Would highly recommend. Our kitchen has been completely transformed.

His oversight of the process, excellence in addressing structural and other issues large and small, and the high standards of his while team was very satisfying to watch, plus i never saw a cleaner worksite nights and weekends. David\'s ideas and guidance were invaluable as well. Again no detail too small to adjust to the evolving final project. Thanks so much for a wonderful total experience. The designer we worked with was absolutely incredible with the design program and creating exactly what we wanted. And everything was incredibly organized during the planning phase, from where we went to pick out tile, to who we paid and when--our hands were held throughout the process, which was nice, because it decreased the amount of work on us. We ended up with the most gorgeous, spa-like bathroom. There were a couple of negative points though that were really frustrating during the process though: --There was a lot of miscommunication or non-communication between the designer, the contractor, and us. For example, we ended up with a different floor pattern than what we had decided and what was on the print-outs from the designer; luckily for us, it was beautiful anyway. There were lots of times when the contractor didn't give us timing updates or notice of problems or roadblocks, and it seemed like the designer wasn't made aware of that either. We were constantly confused as to whether to go to the contractor or designer to resolve issues along the way. It all came to a head at several points when we were either worried the bathroom was taking the wrong direction (which we were luckily able to fix in time) or when there were roadblocks we weren't informed of that led to an exponential increase in the completion time and the need for us to continue to figure out alternatives for showering. --The designer was a bit pushy in the initial phases when he disagreed with something I had envisioned. In the end, he is highly trained and very good at what he does and I'm sure the bathroom he had in his mind would have been beautiful. I had to be a bit vocal with my ideas, to make it unique and not so cookie-cutter. In the end, we ended up with a beautiful bathroom and I couldn't be happier. I wouldn't turn anyone away from K&B--I just think I would do some more homework next time to compare more options before turning to them again.
We are very, very pleased with our recent kitchen renovation completed by Kitchen and Bath Factory, Arlington. Their construction team, led by Pawel Turek, did a fantastic job. The kitchen we dreamed of on paper became a reality in just about 4 weeks. K&B Factory gives you a construction time line and they keep to it. Our renovation went smoothly all throughout the various phases involved. The cabinetry is beautiful as is the new hardwood floor. The outstanding real European craftsman touches and attention to detail came from the skillful hands and hard work of Pawel Turek. Great job! Thanks!
We recently remodeled a bathroom and a family room wet bar and cannot express the wonderful experience that we had with Kitchen & Bath Factory, Inc. This is our send time we have used this company and we have recommended them to at least 18 other friends. The comment from one visitor is not just wonderful, "but this is over the top!" The K and H Cabinets are beautiful and because they are semi-custom, you can fill in the nooks and crannies with a beautiful finish. In addition, Rafal's workmanship is excellent. He is a real perfectionist. Any future remodeling, we plan to ask for him.
