Kitchen and bathroom design was made easy for us and resulted in high quality attractive and functional cabinets, vanities, and countertops.

Eddie did a great job remodeling our condo. The hardwood floors and kitchen cabinets look amazing!

Although my residence is outside of the area Eddie works in, he went above and beyond to answer all of my questions regarding a new kitchen countertop. The customer service I received from him was impeccable and I am a little sadden that I won't be directly working with him on my kitchen. Based off of simple email exchanges and the lengths he went to help me out to then connect me with someone more local, I highly recommend working with him!

Eddie has been our go to guy for the past few years on many of our projects. We have lived in our home for over 30 years and raised 4 children here. They have all sinced moved on to college. Eddie has been our right hand guy in turning our empty nest into a place where we now host many, if not all our large family functions. We love this guy. From beginning to end he was there. He made us feel like we were the most important clients he had every time we chatted. He was on the job more times than we can recall. They had this book out on our dining room table where Bray & Scarff employees would check in. This guy had his name and signature in it at least 2 times a week. Totally impressed. That’s no surprise since he knew everything going on at all times. I’d ask my wife, “hey what’s going on with this weird cabinet door that’s not matching the others in color. ” Her response...”call Eddie, he was here earlier looking at it and on the phone with someone. He pointed it out to me and told me he would take care of it. I’m not worried.”
She was right. He just took care of it.
I’m telling you this was the best experience we’ve had with a remodel. I give Eddie 6 stars.

Eddie did a great job helping us with our remodel and design. He had good suggestions and I ended up getting a better product for less than Home Depot had advertised. He was very professional and quick to reply!

Eddie designed a beautiful new kitchen for me that involved taking down two walls between the old kitchen and what was the dining room of my townhouse. I wanted a more open floor plan for my first floor and also wanted to keep using one side of my kitchen as my "hangout" with a small sofa and a TV mounted on the far wall. Eddie's design let me use two walls of my kitchen for cooking and food prep and the left hand side and far wall as my hangout. I got new appliances, floor, cabinets, lighting and paint in the new space and it's open, uncluttered, and beautiful. He helped me pick out some really interesting materials like a slate/glass backsplash and a quality vinyl floor that looks and feels like wood planks. He designed a big island countertop that was all cut from one big piece of quartz so no seams. There are cabinets underneath the back side of the island and the sink, fridge, dishwasher (a narrow 18" model) and trash/recycling pull out cabinet on the opposite side. It's all installed as tidily as in a ship's cabin. Eddie ALWAYS answers his phone or texts immediately to address any questions or issues I had during the 11 weeks it took to complete my project from demo to final inspection. He visited my house several times during the work to see how it was progressing and address any details or issues at the earliest possible time. His design skills are superb and he really knows his products and the construction process as well, which I really relied on since I have never renovated anything and this was a major undertaking. I trusted Eddie and my trust was well placed.

We worked with Eddie Beans to replace a 1959 kitchen countertop with sink and stovetop. He was always pleasant, and accommodated all the requests we had. We did not want to make a large investment in the kitchen because the house is old and we are aging in place. On his part, Eddie never tried to sell us anything that exceeded our needs. He was willing to work within our parameters of cost and choice of materials. He offered us a full selection of countertop materials and loaned us samples to take home to see how they would look in our kitchen. He offered good suggestions on type and color of material and design of the countertop and the attached sink, and the type and material of faucet that would best suit our needs. He suggested the countertop edge design that would be attractive and avoid problems of runoff. He was always ready to offer alternatives so that we could choose what we felt was best for us. We are pleased with the resulting installation and would readily use Eddie again for any future kitchen design service.

We worked with Eddy on a design for a very small space. He was great to work with! How so? His willingness to explore lots of different designs, willingness to partner with us on our needs for the house and how we want to use the kitchen/dining room and he was professional in his manner and profession. Eddie was simply fantastic to work with, from our initial consultation through the design phase and into the actual renovation. His attention to detail, aesthetic and design sensibilities, facility with the contractor’s staff and overall authentic care for our satisfaction with the job were impressive and very welcome. Eddie perceived what we wanted from the outset, offered relevant advice and alternatives to ensure we had thoroughly considered the full range of possibilities and contingencies, demonstrated expertise across product lines from cabinets to flooring to fixtures, appliances and lighting, and adapted to unforeseen material supply issues that he managed to have work out better than our original plan. Through it all, Eddie’s engaging inter-personal skills, obvious dedication and positive approach never wavered, and he was highly responsive to calls, e-mails and texts. If we have another project, we’re going to Eddie first.

Eddie did a wonderful job designing our kitchen. He is very knowledgeable about the manufacturers and the materials and has a great attention to detail. He kept in touch and monitored the completion of the project, making sure we were satisfied.

Our new kitchen is finally done and we love it! Eddie was creative, thoughtful, and designed us a beautiful kitchen. These guys designed and installed everything. They managed the job and made it as pleasant as one could expect a remodel to be. We are very happy with the end result and definitely recommend Eddie Beans to anyone who is in the need for a designer and team of installers.

I have known and worked with Eddie for about 5 years. He has been a tremendous help to me in my business. I buy small multi-family properties and renovate those apartment homes. I have properties incorporating different demographics, so it's not a one formula fits all. Eddie understand this and is knowledgeable on many different lines of appliances. He has suggestions to fit all budgets. He also has a very good eye for design which has been a real help. Eddie is VERY responsive. He understands and delivers on customer service better than most anyone else I have worked with. He is knowledgeable and downright nice to work with. Always a positive attitude. I have lots of choices of who to help me design my projects, or where to purchase my appliances. I always go back to Eddie and I have never been disappointed. Highly recommended.

Eddie was just fantastic! I have had two kitchens remodeled in the past and am pretty familiar with the ins and outs of the remodeling process. Working with Eddie was an absolute pleasure. His attention to detail and delightful personality made the entire process smooth and seamless. I will recommend Eddie to any of my friends or family who are looking for a competent and talented designer.

Eddie Beans is absolutely fantastic! He has great taste and great suggestions, and he is very knowledgeable about the products. I wish everyone is like him — energetic, clear, and most importantly, extremely attentive and responsive.

Eddie was very engaged and reachable from day one. He was at the job site whenever he was needed. Unlike the other designers I have met, Eddie gave me clear picture of his involvement, and the process and expectation of the remodeling, and he followed through with action.

Working with Eddie was very pleasant. He listened to my needs during the design phase and I never felt pressure from him. He explored with me different options of the cabinets and gave me visual renderings of the choices before finalizing the design so that I could feel confident that I made the best decision.

For the actual remodeling, Eddie suggested Frankie’s installing team. Frankie is fantastic. He was precise with his work, and he always cleaned up everyday. Frankie and Eddie communicated seamlessly whenever there were questions, and they made sure the main office knows when to schedule plumbers, electricians, and appliance delivery. It was nice that I don’t have to call anyone to initiate scheduling once the remodeling started. I also like that the same people were sent to my job site so I am not dealing with new faces everyday.

I highly recommend Eddie Beans. He is a great designer and a great person, and it was a phenomenal experience working with him. Eddie made the entire remodeling process to feel stressless. His installers led by Frankie were fantastic. I am very happy with the remodeling process and the final result is fantastic!

Eddie Beans helped transform our kitchen into a modern, inviting, and more importantly, a functional place that we really wanted. It has been our desire to renovate the kitchen ever since we moved into our home in 2018. Last year we consulted with a few designers/builders but none of them came up with a design we would instantly fall in love with.

At our first meetup with Eddie in October 2020, he patiently listened to our needs and spent many hours going over all our needs and wishes. Eddie was able to put together a draft design in a couple of days. He had unique innovative ideas that would open up the entire space by completely removing the wall separating the kitchen and the family rooms. He even suggested removing all the decorative pillars which were of no purpose but just made the space more cluttered. He brought in one of his structural engineers to validate his ideas to bring in confidence in his design.

Eddie showed extreme patience which is a very rare trait among designers. He really understood what we really want, what is feasible and what makes sense considering this project as a “once in a lifetime” opportunity. He went through multiple iterations of the design to narrow down to exactly what we want. Eddie showed us a 3d model of the kitchen in the design software helping us visualize everything before finalizing the contract and placing the cabinet order.

Overall it was a smooth and less stressful process working with Eddie. We are glad that we did take the time going back and forth on the design, as it was one of the most important stages of the project. Our kitchen looks amazing, modernized with timeless and extremely functional ideas that perfectly fits our day-to-day needs. It’s a dream come true for us. We couldn’t have done it without Eddie. Thank you so much Eddie!

What a pleasure to have Eddie as our kitchen remodeling designer. We walked into his office, only with a slight idea of changing appliances and things I did not like in my 20-year-old kitchen. Eddie listened to us attentively and offered a free in-house consultation. In the next 3 months, I slowly picked up the idea of remodeling and borrowed concepts I saw elsewhere. Each time, Eddie listened and suggested ideas. He made multiple trips to our house, using his weekend time to meet our schedule (as we were only home on weekends). He made sure we were comfortable and had plenty time to think over the design. He even suggested a European brand sink I have never known - what an awesome kitchen sink and faucet we ended up having; super solid and beautiful. The best part is that he persuaded us to change the downdraft exhaust fan to a vented hood; what a life changer for our daily living.
During the remodeling process, Eddie came in to check on the cabinet installation for us when we were out for vacation. While we got an assigned project manager and crew, he was already ready to step in and check on the remodeling for us. He is super responsive, and he really works out designs from the perspectives of clients. We are very happy with our new kitchen and with the fact that Eddie will continue to be our go-to person thanks to the warranty on cabinets and labors.

Nice design but the implementation of the project by Bray & Scarff was a nightmare.
