I love the staff at SERVPRO! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend SERVPRO of Hanover, Goochland & Caroline.

This place handled my problem really well I would recommend reaching out to them if you ever have water damage etc.

Pathetic! Wouldnt call them back if they were the only game in town. There is a company called AdvantaClean that is on top of their game. Servpro gave me the worst service and follow up ive ever experienced.

Just beware! These Servpro places are just franchised stores. They have NO formal training, it's either online training or they used to work for a house cleaning company. Just use caution!!

We had a flood in our bathroom & serv pro was very responsive and professional. They were so helpful but as such nice people it felt like my family was responding to help. Would recommend to anyone and everyone in need.

All of the guys working on my water damage repair were professional and extremely nice to work with. Amy at the office was outstanding at getting things scheduled and coordinating with our insurance company.

This place must be on some type of ordnance. The show was rain delayed. It was a huge show so therefore it was a lot of people. The openers didn't get to play at all. The main show which was Shinedown played on time whereas everyone trying to get into the show. This was horrible. We paid $150 each for our tickets and missed well over half of the show. What a huge let down. Not sure if I'll ever take the chance on going back there again.

I can't say enough about this company, their staff & the entire experience. I decided to work with them after our devastating house fire. They came with a seal of approval from USAA which is basically gold to me. I personally worked with Paige McDowell & her team. They came into what was left of my home & carefully began to comb through the rubble to find personal items they could clean & restore. I couldn't even stand to be in the home. It was traumatizing to see everything burned or damaged from the firehose water, not to mention the smell of smoke. Paige completely took over & handled it all. They returned so many items we never expected to see again. Everything was boxed up & packed superbly. I would HIGHLY recommend working with this company after a disaster or accident that needs Restoration. Thank you Paige!

NEVER AGAIN!!

We called Servpro knowing they would not be cheap but we wanted the best professional carpet cleaning and based on the companies reputation Servpro seemed like a sure bet.

The price was the highest we’ve paid and the result was the worst. We will now pay to have the carpet cleaned again and won’t have them back to fix it because we know what we’ll get.

On top of the poor quality carpet cleaning they complained to my wife that there was some minimal furniture moving required. They intimidated her. They wanted to know who quoted it and went on to say the quote did not include moving any furniture.

Maybe I’m confused but aren’t 99.9% of homes that pay for carpet cleaning furnished??

I’d now be very hesitant to try any Servpro again, but if I did it would not be “Servpro of Hannover”.

Tried to contract services for a bad refrigerator disaster and the representative was completely unhelpful. Kept suggesting I call my homeowners after I stated that I want a to be self pay. Also rude. Absolutely no help at all!

Servpro of Hanover, Goochland & Caroline helped my family when we needed help the most! We needed immediate assistance with our water damage as water trickled down our walls and onto the floor, due to a tree falling on our roof. Servpro of Hanover, Goochland & Caroline were there very quickly to assess the damage and come up with a plan of action to get the damage repaired. Our home looked good as new with friendly, reliable and professional assistance on our side the whole duration of the time. I would recommend this company as they are fair, professional, and great at what they do.

I had some water damage in my utility room, a leak under the floor that had been going on for a while, and I was not even aware. I though we were going to have to replace some framing, but Servpro of Hanover came in, evaluated the situation and expertly set their equipment up and were able to dry all of the wet framing in a very reasonable amount of time. Thanks to their expertise we didn't have to replace any of the framing. On top of all that, their staff was polite, courteous, and very professional. Fantastic company to work with.

I had a dishwasher that decided to have a disastrous death by causing a leak that destroyed my floors. My insurance company called in ServPro, and I have to say these guys are the absolute best. As someone who works in the construction industry, I have some knowledge of how these things go. My initial contact was with Amy and I can say, she is the absolute best! She explained the entire process to me up front and what to expect, so there were no surprises. She called me within the hour after I got off the phone with my insurance adjuster. The very next day Chris and his crew came in and they were so professional and personable. I felt as if I were talking with a family member. They cleaned up after themselves, explained what they were doing as they were going along, and what the expectations were going forward. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! I would highly recommend this location!!!

After a pipe unexpectedly burst in my house, I called Paige at Servpro. It was an after-hours call, but she responded in minutes and promptly scheduled a team to come out and survey the water damage/start mitigation. Her team was very professional, and they were particular about what exactly to remove so that they could get right to the moisture without totally tearing my house apart. I highly recommend Servpro Hanover!
