My chimney was damaged in the storm and I called for a repair estimate.The guy that answered the phone said he was busy and he would call me back....that was days ago and no call back.

SCHEDULED AN APPT. SUPPOSED TO CALL 30 MIN OUT. DID NOT RECIEVE CALL. REACHED BACK OUT HE HAD THE WRONG # SAID HE WOULD CALL WHEN ON THE WAY NO SHOW. CALLED AGAIN..NO ANSWER NO RETURN CALL

What a great experience we had with Eli the chimney guys I had a leak in my chimney that was dripping down into the hearth Eli came out diagnosed all the problems and fixed everything very quickly and expeditiously he is the one you want to have fixed your chimney problems highly recommend.

I used Eli’s to cap my chimney as well as repair some deteriorating mortar in my fireplace. On multiple occasions, they did not show up at the scheduled time and did not call. When they did show up, they produced low quality work. When repairing my firebox the just slathered mortar all over the place, and attempted to leave before cleaning up the mess. When I confronted them they asked for me to provide a towel....unacceptable. After their departure I spent another hour cleaning. I ended up having to paint the firebox because they made such a mess.

They also capped my chimney. A week after completion I found a peace of sheet metal laying in my front yard. Thankfully it didn’t hit a person or a vehicle. They came back to repair and slathered so much silicone on the chimney I could see it dripping down the chimney from the ground...

In the end I called a reputable service to re-do all of their work.
