I have used Brooks Tree Service twice this year for tree/shrub removal and trimming. A very professional and efficient team directed by Charles Brooks. Other than the tree or shrub that was removed, you wouldn't know that they were there!! Any/all leaves or branches were raked up and shredded. The street and driveway was swept clean. You might find a less expensive company, but you won't get the guaranteed, quality and careful service that Brooks provides. You get what you pay for!! An absolute pleasure to work with - thank you, Charles.

Brooks did a great job! Excellent communication. They took out 2 trees for us, one of which was tricky to get to with limbs over the neighbors. Mr. Brooks was knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything. My new go to tree company!

Must have caught elder Mr. Brooks on a bad day. Did have some difficulty initially setting up a time for an estimate w/ him; perhaps he was annoyed b/c of that. I had hopes this company could help w our tree care needs; at least give an estimate. Our landscape trees (mostly hollies) had become overgrown b/c the owner had become disabled and unable to maintain them. C. Brooks offered nothing but complaint & negativity. Compassion & professionalism was lacking from him on this visit. Unfortunate. Disappointed. Surprised.
