Do not use this company. They are flaky, unresponsive, leave in the middle of a job, terrible at communication, and do bad work. They are also way overpriced. They also will make up costs for work that never happened and try to invoice you for it. Stay away!

We have had King General Contractors do a number of jobs for us over the years. They are very responsive and do great work.

it took a few attempts from us and Oscar to get our communication established, but afterwards it was pretty straightforward. he provided a thorough estimate and was able to start work almost immediately which was a relief. it took roughly 6 hours over 2 days (for the spackle/compound to dry) for the work to be complete and we're very satisfied. would definitely hire again.

The crew did great work for us on multiple jobs. They replaced a plaster ceiling, cut granite for a kitchen backsplash, and did a full gutter clean out. They are friendly and are very communicative.

Oscar’s team also chopped wood for winter for us and cleaned the woods from debris from trees downed by storms. He and his team did a thorough job and I highly recommend his business. A great handyman to have!

After Mr.Canales did such beautiful work on my destroyed vanity and ruined sink pipes, I will be having his experience and expertise repairing my backyard shed and my hand installed fence line, which were destroyed in a car crash on my corner!! Oscar is a very kind, straight forward man with obviously many years of experience which shows in the work he does. Everything for the work to be done on my fence/shed has been explained, step by step and all costs are very reasonable and up front!! No surprises!! King General installed two ceiling fans for me. In both cases, Oscar’s efficient crew had to break through the ceiling, run wires, instal switches and paint. Their work was excellent and they left the worksite impeccably clean. I highly recommend King General Contracting for their versatility and simply great work.

Oscar seems like a knowledgeable contractor who we were eager to do business with. Unfortunately, once we signed a contract and sent a down payment through his primary and only business email, Oscar told us that he never received our contract or money and that his account must have been hacked. He acknowledged the emails were sent from and received by his email account, as did his business email's service provider. We tried to work with him to find a solution for weeks until he eventually stopped responding, taking no responsibility for what was effectively a cyber attack on his business! We are out nearly two grand with no work to show for it as we scramble to find a new contractor.

Oscar and his crew were great. Addressed our initial needs and also checked and discovered structural issues that needed to be fixed.
Repaired staircase, interior structural issues that needed the installation of a support beam and other framing. Installed exterior Electrical outlet. Relaid carpet and painted wall.

Excellent service and costs. Oscar is very knowledgeable and has repaired my broken kitchen cabinets, assembled furniture, and done many home repairs that have made my home look beautiful. Responsive, punctual and certified. Professional. Would recommend to everyone to use King General Contracting for home repairs and projects.
