On December 5, 2024, I went on-line to get MowCow's telephone number to call them to find out when they were going to come to collect my leaves. On the lawn mowing section of their web page, I saw a photograph of my house, advertising their lawn mowing service. The photograph was taken and used without my permission and without compensation. While I am flattered that they thought that my lawn mowing and lawn maintainance skills were good enough to use in an advertisement, MowCow has never had a contract to mow my lawn and has never cut a blade of my grass. The company only provided lawn chemical and leaf removal services. I repeatedly telephoned MowCow asking to speak with the owner: Rick. He was never "in," and despite asking that he call me back the calls have never been returned. These people are dishonest and I strongly recommend against using them.

I received quote and was able to pay deposit easily online. I didnt hear from anyone right away and I did have to reach out about getting scheduled - but it is their busier time of year with leaf removal. There was a small mixup with scheduling and they were able to get me on my preferred day - it was really appreciated that they worked with me on this. The leaf removal took less than an hour and they did an excellent job of removing the leaves. They did every area of the yard and around the house. The truck to remove the leaves was there right at the end. Entire job took just about an hour. Very happy with the service provided.

The Mow Cow landscapers did an excellent job. I gave four stars instead of five, because I had a terrible time getting a date for my service.

Love the team at Mow Cow! My rental property always looks great! They only use organic treatments which is a step up from the guys.

I signed up for MowCow's organic lawn program and I am pleased with the results. Our grass looks great and the program is better for the birds and the bees and the ecosystem, so bonus. All their folks are great and polite pros. We've been with them on this program for years, they are great.

They are genuinely my first recommendation to anyone when it comes to mowing, lawn care/maintenance, and landscaping. The staff are attentive, friendly, and well-informed. I also really appreciate that MowCow applies organic-based lawn care treatments, which should really be a priority for anyone that cares about the actual health of their lawn, as well as the environment!

Professional, fast, good price, GREAT JOB. This is the 1st year I had to call in the Professionals and I will never rake again. My yard is huge and we have so many trees, we generally spend all the fall raking and reraking. My back has been out and I just couldn't get it done. I called and within a week all of the leaves were gone. I also love that they support Military families through Green Care for Troops.

First experience with Mow Cow. I have to say, they showed up on time and have done a great job mowing, edging and chemically treating my yard. I am very disappointed with their mulch bed maintenance plan. This was one primary reason I chose Mow Cow, and my beds are a mess. I will have to go back to using chemicals to kill weeds.

I hired MowCow to treat my yard for weeds (periodically through the growing season) and over seed. They did the first couple treatments, but then didn't show up for the next one when scheduled. I waited a few days for them to either come do the service or call me ... nothing. I called, they rescheduled ... no show. Called again, rescheduled again ... again, no show. Finally, after numerous phone calls and increasing frustration, they showed up. By this time, it had been weeks past the original treatment date and the service person (very nice, not his fault) said that my yard now had fungus (in addition to the crazy amount of weeds taking over). If MowCow had come when originally promised, this problem wouldn't have been nearly as wide-spread. The customer service rep (unprofessional and argumentative) said all they could do was stop the fungus from spreading any more by charging me for an additional $100 treatment and telling me my hopes of having a nice, green yard (like ALL my neighbors who use other services) would have to wait until next year. So frustrating after paying hundreds of dollars to a company that did absolutely NOTHING to help my yard. Definitely do not recommend.

I had the Mow Cow crew out for a small third project and, again, they did an excellent job and went beyond expectations. I will definitely call them again if I need work done.

MowCow came out to remove my leaves. Honestly think they got every single leaf in my yard. Deck and beds included. Will be calling again.

As always MowCow did an amazing job. They cleaned up the front yard of our house. It's never looked better!

Mow Cow is my go to for landscaping and lawn services. Their pricing is very competitve and they are always prompt, and do a great thorough job.

No work done but they drive like a maniac. Going 65 in a 45 and also flicked me off when I tried to merge. Maybe reconsider the kind of people you are hiring for work. They did all this in a work truck too.

Overall I am happy with my lawn service. The only thing that needs additional attention would be my fungus problem. me lawn gets a lot of water runoff from the street and takes a long time to dry. Maybe an additional fungus treatment may help.

If you want a landscape company that provides good communication, do not go with MowCow. My husband and I have had difficulty getting answers and justifications for billing items with this company. Because of this, we cancelled our service and went with another lawn service provider. But, due to the communication issues described above, MowCow did not seem to understand that we cancelled our service over the phone and in person with a lawn technician last week. After all this, MowCow still performed unwanted service on our lawn today while we were out. We were hoping that our matters with them had come to an end.

Had aeration and seeding recently. Excellent work and more importantly great communication regarding when it was to be done and how to maintain afterwards. Highly recommended!

I was a first-time customer and had a great experience from start to finish. My initial estimate was with Dan. Right off the bat he was very personable and friendly. He was also very knowledgeable, and had good ideas and suggestions to address my areas of concern. The online proposal review/deposit process was seamless and easy to navigate. The workers were efficient and thorough. They made quick work of ripping out the old plants, planting the new ones and mulching and my front yard looks fantastic. Everything looks clean and fresh, and I'm happy with my new low-maintenance plants and shrubs. They also weeded my back yard and addressed the "mud pit" underneath my deck by grading, installing weed fabric, and gravel. It wasn't easy work (especially in 90+ degree weather) but everything looks amazing. I highly recommend this company.

Mow Cow continues to do great work. They started on our backyard a little less than a year ago and have transformed it. We got environmentally safe treatments and a lawn that requires little care beyond mowing. The before picture was taken on April 20, 2019 and the after picture on April 16, 2020.
