This company was great! Totally fair price for how clean our place looks. I had given up on our living room ever looking good again, but Andrey worked magic on our high traffic carpets!

Friendly and professional carpet cleaning service. They literally rolled out the red carpet for me and did an incredible job. Hopefully I will never have water damage, but if I do, I’ll be sure to use their services. I fully recommend their services and will use them again!

He arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time and did an excellent job restoring that carpet to like new. From start to finish, I received efficient, friendly and effective customer service. I got a pipe burst in my rec room and called Andre for help. He came within an hour and cleaned up all the mess on the same day. The entire water damage remedy process took several days because we had to wait for the entire space to get completely dry. Andre would stop by to check the progress and take measurements and photos as evidence. I didn’t need to deal with my insurance adjuster. Andre did all the work for me. He’s very professional. I highly recommend him!

Great experience with this company. They were fast the respond. Our hot water heater busted and flooded the entire basement. Crew did a great job to mitigate it. Carpet was dry in 3 days and didn’t have to be replaced. Highly recommend this company.

Back in Mid July we had a very bad storm which resulted in significant water damage in our basement. We were looking for a company to come out and dry everything to prevent mold and unfortunately this was now 9pm at night. We found Ultimate Water Damage Restoration, called and reached Andrey the owner. We didn't get a call center we got a human being on the phone who could help us immediately! We were pleasantly shocked. He and his team showed up at our house in under an hour to start assessing the damage. They determined that all of the soaked 1200sqft of carpet had to go, the baseboards and part of the drywall. They worked until about 1am and then came back around 8am to finish the job. They quickly removed everything and got drying equipment in there to prevent mold from growing. We had alot of things in the basement due to recently moving and they took excellent care to protect everything and lift it up off of the ground. We had a really big job and Andrey gave us a very good price for the amount of work that had to be done. They had great communication and showed up on time and explained to us the process. We never wanted to be in a situation that we needed to call a water damage company but we are very glad and that we found Andrey and Ultimate Water Damage Restoration and we highly recommend them!

Excellent work! I highly recommend Ultimate Carpet Cleaning. Andrey just finished cleaning the cream colored basement carpeting in the home we rented. I was concerned because the basement entrance from the garage was a high traffic area. It truly looks like new again.

Andrey, the owner, was our technician treating the water damage in our basement due to our hot water heater leak. He was absolutely AMAZING during the restoration process! I had a terrible middle of the night emergency. I was very impressed by Andrey who came over as promised. His team started the tear down and water mitigation the next day. We found the dreaded Water In the Finished Basement, the thing that strikes fear into homeowners with finished basements. Called one of the major remediation outfits, they came out and gave me an insane quote for just the tear out and dry out that seemed like... A lot, and said they'd schedule me... Eventually. Called Ultimate Water Damage because they had good reviews and I wanted a second opinion. The reviews are well-deserved.

Andrey came out quick, quoted a very reasonable price for more conservative work (his approach was more measured than "rip it all out and start from scratch", which is what I basically got from the bigger company), and got the work done in a few hours. He was flexible, honest, and easy to work with. Even as the situation has evolved with insurance and other issues, he's been awesome and communicative. Having water issues sucks a whole lot, but having pros who actually know what they're doing and do a good job is worth its weight in gold. Highly recommended and much appreciated!

Andre came quickly to assess and started the clean up immediately. Compared to a lot of other companies (I called around) who immediately told us we needed to replace padding and possibly the carpet without even seeing the basement, Andre was able to save carpet and padding which would have been very expensive.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this company and the person they sent (Andrey) to clean my carpets and furniture. He arrived actually a little early - which was great. He was friendly, warm, knew what he was doing, and did an amazing job! Andrey was professional and helpful. I brought him over to my neighbors - and he was able to squeeze him into his schedule and cleaned his carpets too. And about 30 minutes after Andrey left - Ultimate called to check in on how my carpets look. This is a great company that I recommend with no hesitations

Andrey and his team are spectacular. They took care of us after a dishwasher leak caused damage to our first floor and basement. They're very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. They will make sure you're taken care of, and give you some pro tips when it comes to dealing with insurance and things to check/ point out. Highly recommend, no need to look anywhere else. We noticed some mold staining in our bathroom and became concerned. We contacted Andrey and he did some troubleshooting over the phone via pictures. We set in an appointment for a closer inspection soon thereafter. Andrey surveyed our situation; he assessed we had a small issue and advised a simple DIY solution and to monitor. I am grateful for his advice and will definitely be calling him back if I have any further issues.

My main water pipe broke this past weekend. After calling several companies to help with the water clean up, most gave me dates of Tuesday or later to schedule an appointment. Andrey responded within 30 minutes of my request for service and was at my home within the hour. He provided a thorough inspection and gave me options on what needed to be completed. He was set up within a half hour. The results were exactly as he stated and the end you can not tell there was ever any water damage at all. Ultimate Water Restoration is the best! If I could give Andrey 10 stars I would. I first hired him to clean my carpets a week before I moved into my new house and he did a wonderful job. Then, I had to call him again about a week after I moved in, but this time it was unfortunately for a sewage backup in my basement. He came out to my house quickly (this was around midnight) and was able to get the mess under control. He came out the next day as well and got everything squared away. He recommended his crew to do the rebuild (and another vendor to put down some new flooring) and they both did a wonderful job. Finally, he was able to work with the insurance company, so we really didn’t have to pay any out-of-pocket costs. I would highly recommend Ultimate Water Damage Restoration to anyone who is looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and professional service for their home.
