Very good costumers service and location

Useless. Called them to check whether they have a Hydromatic HP-50 sump pump in stock. Despite this being one of the most common pumps on the market they didn't have it or seem to understand what I was asking for. Got monosyllabic answers and no effort to provide assistance, as if I was bothering them by offering to buy something from them. DIY'ers go elsewhere.

Went in with a bad sink drain ball lever. Needed to replace it. Advised to buy a new sink drain assembly...worked out great since I know how to install stuff like that. Good advise and price was on par with the "Big Box" stores. Will go back again!

From 8" PVC to half inch they got it all

Shawn was prompt and polite! He quickly assessed the situation and explained my options. Was up front about the price and potential outcomes. He had all the tools to quickly unclog my super clogged drain (ew). He left the bathroom clean and reminded me of his 30-day warranty. What a great guy with an efficient service.

Shawn had two references on NextDoor so I contacted him for an appointment today. He helped repair the faucet in one of our tubs. And by request he also inspected the (1) water pressure in our master bathroom as the pressure seems low, and (2) water heater in our garage, and provided maintenance/repair advice and said he'd get back to me with estimates. Overall, my wife and I are very satisfied with his service and the knowledge he provided. Will definitely consult with him again for future projects!

I have had issues with other plumbers not responding or showing up, but not with Shawn. Shawn was very responsive, professional, and on time. He installed the toilet and shower head in my restroom. He ensured they were not leaking prior to leaving and also gave me instruction to keep an eye out the first day incase a leak did appear. There were no issues and I was very happy with his professionalism and service.

Shawn installed our entire plumbing systems for two full bathroom remodels. He was great. Highly recommend.

I first used Shawn a few years ago and had such a positive experience that I posted then on some of our local neighborhood listservs. This week I called him again about a couple of new issues I was having in my home. Shawn was again fantastic. He came within a day even though this wasn’t an emergency. And he came exactly when he said he would (not a multi-hour window that I had to miss work for). He is very honest- where there were simple, easy fixes he said so. He was thorough, fixed and explained everything, quick, and was reasonably priced. I cannot recommend him more highly. I’ve used and recommended him before and will continue to do so for any plumbing or gas needs.

I was dealing with a difficult to find leak, but they were able to find and make quick work of the repair.
While so many other plumbers are trying to use cheaper materials, and overcharge, this repair was completed using high quality piping, and at a great price.

The plumber was not just polite, he was genuinely friendly, helpful, and worked quick and clean.

Absolutely phenomenal service. Shawn went above and beyond what I was expecting for a same day water heater replacement after my old one broke. He was professional every step of the way and made sure the job got done right. Would definitely recommend for any plumbing/gas needs.

Shawn came recommended by our next door neighbor and we were lucky that he was available when we had a sewer backup into our shower. He came the same afternoon and not only took care of the backup but also helped me understand what was happening so I know more for the future (helpful as a first time homeowner). He was super kind and professional, advised on the least invasive/least messy plan of action, and we made a plan for next steps to prevent future issues. My outdoor faucet was leaking even though it was turned off for the winter. Shawn replaced the shut-off valve inside the house and the outdoor faucet. He did a great job in a short amount of time and explained what he was doing. I was worried that he would have to put a hole in the drywall to repair the outdoor faucet; but he was able to access the faucet by putting a 14" square hole in the ceiling so that I could just install an access panel. He sent me a link to the access panel that I could order and told me that he would come install it if I wasn't able to do it. Shawn is very professional and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend him.

Shawn was professional and thorough. He was able to fit us in on the same day we called, which was awesome because our kitchen sink had a nasty clog. Shawn let me know that a 30 day warrantee on services is included in his reasonable pricing.

We discovered a pipe in our basement with a slow but steady leak on a Saturday morning. When searching for a plumber to repair the leaky pipe, we found Shawn’s company and decided to give him a call because he is not far away and we like to support small businesses when possible. Shawn answered the phone immediately and promised to come to our home right after he finished the job he was working on for another customer - he estimated it would be a couple of hours. Almost exactly two hours later, he was at our house and quickly diagnosed the problem and properly repaired the leaky pipe. He was efficient, courteous, professional and his work was excellent. We believe the price he charged us was fair. If we have a plumbing issue again, the first call we will make is to Shawn at All Things Plumbing & Gas.
