Had absolute plumbing come out to fix a broken sink trap they looked at it and said they had to get parts they left, gone for several hrs and came back with a smaller size pipe and trap! Charged me 385.00 in the house less than an hr! Never again will I use there services!

Took the day off of work. Explained that I had attempted to unclog the sink using various products. Was quoted a price to snake the drain. Technician was unprepared to do so and told me that the pipes were glued without thoroughly checking. They left after 20 minutes to borrow a plunger from a friend. In that time I unscrewed the “glued” pipes and am now snaking the drain myself. Office staff couldn’t be nicer.

Had a septic pump go bad and Bill and his son came out to help me. I found out that Bill had over 38-40 years of experience and his son was following in his footsteps. They were very professional, considerate, and efficient. Although they weren't the owners of the company, they conducted themselves with an attitude of ownership that stood out to me (they cared about their work). As a retired Marine, I appreciated the fact that they provided me a lesson in the operations of the system, and were so eager to do good work (also acknowledged my military service). Any business owner should know that their business is always perceived by the conduct and professionalism of their employees. This father and son team are an asset to APS and should be credited for their great example of service to our community and to APS.

I highly recommend Absolute Plumbing to anyone that needs a plumber. I called them at 8am in a panic and the lady that answered Corina was very nice and said as soon as the owner Keith came in she would talk to him about my issue and give me a call back and in less than 30mins she called me back and said as soon as he finished his first call he would be headed my way . A little after 11am Keith and his helper Isaiah showed up and both of them was very polite and explained everything to me that I have going on then as they finished up I had a issue with my vehicle Keith took time to help me fix that problem also. They are a great company and my husband and I will never use another plumber. Absolute Plumbing cares about their customers and getting the problem fixed the correct way.
