Service Mechanical worked on our brewery’s glycol system and glycol compressor. They’re super knowledgeable and honest. Highly recommended!

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Service Mechanical Inc. First, the technician, Raphael, recorded extra hours on his service report twice for two visits-- about 2-3 more hours than he worked. You would never notice if you weren't there the entire time to verify. When I raised this issue with the manager, Mark, he was insulting and unprofessional. Instead of listening, he sarcastically asked, "Do you think Raphael was just hanging around drinking soda?" After checking the GPS tracker on the vehicle, they admitted that Raphael had falsely recorded 7 hours of work instead of 5.

Their billing practices are also deceptive. They charge $175 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours ($350) just for a visit, and the clock starts immediately. They make the issues seem more complicated by stretching the time and driving up the bill. I previously hired another reputable company for the same problem and paid around $500. With Service Mechanical, the bill reached $1,500—triple the amount! To make matters worse, they charge an extra 3% fee if you pay by card.

Overall, this company feels like a complete scam. I recommend avoiding Service Mechanical Inc. if you value honesty, fair pricing, and respect.

Excellent company for installation and maintenance of my two zone system. Irwin was my recent technician and he performed a very thorough inspection. After finding myself in a disastrous situation with a previous company, I feel like I can finally relax, knowing that I found a company that I can trust.

As an update to my original review, I’m happy to report that Comfort Solutions continues to provide excellent service for my 2 HVAC systems and water heater. Once again, Irwin was my technician and he, in consultation with the company owner, was able to diagnose and resolve a tricky problem with my water heater. Neither my handyman nor a plumber had been able to resolve the issue. Comfort Solutions provides outstanding service, from its owner to its technicians. So glad I found them.

Very professional team. They arrived on time, and then kept me informed during the installation. Cleaned up thoroughly when leaving each evening. Irwin, Sean, Steven and Tevin did a great job.

We needed ductless mini-splits installed in our basement. Irwin and Fabian did an amazing job asking us what we wanted/preferred, and working clean/fast. We were very impressed with the installation job and the work ethic. We would recommend them to anyone!

The technician Irwin L. did a fantastic job related to our commercial ac units. We had 3 units to service and needed to determine which unit was not supply proper air flow. He was friendly, on time and he went through a thorough process to diagnose the problem, and found it! Definitely recommend Irwin and Comfort Solutions!

Fabian, Stephen, and Gillermo did an amazing job! They spent an entire day and a half taking out our AC and furnace system and installing a new one. We have a gas system so it’s very complex. They worked hard and were very thorough. They wanted to be so sure everything worked properly. Fabian spent time walking me through it all and explaining the system and how it works. Fabian and his team definitely deserve a raise! Thanks guys!

Comfort Solutions responded immediately to a Sunday service call and had our heating system working the next day. The complicated issue was expertly handled by Tech named Irwin. Communication throughout the repair was perfect leaving us very informed every step of the way. Highly recommend.

Our technician, Jaimer, returned with the new transformer to replace the one he found to be defective. Installation went well. He thoroughly tested the system, including the humidifier and furnace interaction, to ensure everything worked. He carefully explained what he did and answered my questions. A GREAT technician! Jaimer is certainly one reason that Comfort Solutions succeeds. Patricia in the office does a wonderful job coordinating and scheduling. She is super about communicating the status and for working appointments if time and technicians are available so we can get the service completed before it was originally scheduled.

We’ve been using Comfort Solutions since 2010. They’ve been fantastic to work with. Over the span of working with them in our first house and now our second, they’ve installed 4 new units (two in each of our houses). They’re clean, quick, and very knowledgeable. Special shout out to Irwin and Gabriel who were our recent installers. Fantastic work guys.

Irwin did a great job for me today with a fall inspection. He also discussed the need for a co2 checkup and told me about the annual contract advantages - and I took advantage of both of them.
I've worked with Rich and Comfort Solutions for several years and I'm always impressed with their professionalism. Great company!
