They did a good job, not excellent. While the siding and soffit are clean, the roof looks okay. That said, all the sticks and stems are still on the roof so it looks messy. Other roof cleaners left my roof looking brand new. This one not so much.

Excellent work by a competent and thorough team. The house looks stunning after the low-pressure wash; no stain or paint chipped off. They even took the time to keep fresh water pouring over the bushes, keeping the cleaning solution from hurting them. No fuss, no muss, just good.

that needed moved before the work started. (And put them back when they we done.) House looks so much better now except now it shows the work/repairs that we need to do especialy the painting.

Extremely satisfied with the service. Easy to work with. Their technique does not use high pressure equipment which can damage the property while it cleans. Their low-pressure technique achieves better results without the damage risk. These folks are heavily booked for the fair weather months. But they are worth the wait.

Aqua Clean soft washed my roof. Tom and his team were very responsive, on time and answered all of my questions. They bagged the downspouts and sprayed the foundation plants before starting the roof cleaning. I was amazed at the initial results; all of the black stains and moss were almost gone. Tom said the results will improve after a couple of hard rains. I will definitely use them again.

The crew did an EXCELLENT job cleaning the algae/mold and dirt off the entire outside of my home (brick, siding, deck, porch, and all cemented areas) and they were extremely professional! This is the third year in a row that we've used Aqua Clean Solutions to clean the concrete decking around our pool and the white railings on the deck. They are easy to schedule, arrive on time, and do a high quality job. Their pricing is always as estimated and is a good value compared to traditional pressure washing.

In 2010, we had our roof, siding, and shutters replaced, all with high-end, zero-maintenance versions (aluminum-clad trim, plastic dentil molding, plastic shutters, etc.).

Nine years later, the dream of zero maintenance is not fully realized. First, the shutters faded terribly, and the "lifetime warranty" would have required us to remove one, ship it to the manufacturer, and wait for them to decide whether the fading was serious or not. Since we were unwilling to live without one shutter for weeks/months, not to mention wondering if they would say "Nope, that's normal", we just had them painted.

Meanwhile, the roof was growing some dark patches in our humid mid-Atlantic climate, the siding on the north side was developing some moss, and -- worst of all -- the aluminum-clad trim had some dark oxidation or mildew or something on it. Plus, of course, there were general cobwebs, dirt, etc. in the corners, moldings, etc.

I tried doing some cleaning myself. The siding is easy to clean, except there's a lot of it and I don't do ladders. The aluminum trim was obdurate: not even a Magic Eraser would touch it. We tried Wet and Forget on the roof; it did nothing.

So I did research on the web and found Aqua Clean and a few other companies. Aqua Clean's price was competitive (none of them are cheap) and they said all the right things, so we accepted their estimate and scheduled.

The day of, the crew showed up and got to work. Pleasant guys, worked hard (my wife was skeptical because they were done so fast!), and the results are GREAT. The roof looks new, the siding is of course pristine, and the aluminum trim even came clean! They were careful of our landscaping, and don't seem to have damaged anything there (I kind of expected SOME damage -- hard to move ladders in and out without dinging something).

A week later, things still look great, and I'm planning to use Aqua Clean again when needed.

This family owned business is fantastic. I received my quote over the phone and then confirmed in and email. To accept the quote I just responded back with the agreed amount. One of the owners was also worked on site with three other helpers. They were all very thorough and paid attention to detail going the extra mile to make the house shine! This was a pleasant surprise. We appreciate these hard working kind professionals and would not hesitate to tell all our neighbors about them. If my family lived in this area, we would all use their services. I will definitely use them again. I trust them.

Based on the great rating I gave it a try to soft wash my house, it was a great decision! I requested an estimate online and the next day I had it on my email. The price was reasonable and they had an open slot on one of my preferred times. The previous day, they sent an email reminder with few considerations (driveway with no cars, remove items and debris, etc). On the cleaning day they arrived on time, politely drove me through the process, answered some doubts, and taped the exterior outlets and the doorbell. The whole cleaning was performed immediately, and around 20 mins later I was walking around to see the result. They put attention to left the windows with no solution film (something important for me). I definitely recommend them, and I'll call them to keep my house clean on the years to come.
