I had a great experience with Fair Mechanical. New homeowner and ran across an issue with my HVAC. Didn’t know much about the situation but Danny was a great help. Very humble and patient. We called on the morning my HVAC stopped working and Danny came down to fix it on the same day. Would definitely recommend.

Danny from Fair Mechanical responded in less than 24 hours to our AC going out during an extreme heat wave. Very professional, walked me thru every step of what he was doing. Found the issue very quickly, fixed it and the house started immediately cooling down. Highly recommend Fair Mechanical!

My experience with Fair Mechanical has been far more than just satisfactory. From 15 or so years ago when Danny installed a new AC in my condo (in a space the size of a postage stamp!!) to the subsequent yearly service calls I have full confidence that I am getting the most professional service. I knew nothing about Air Conditioning units or even the right questions to ask when I needed to replace my unit. Danny was recommended to me by a neighbor I trusted and boy that was the best advice EVER! I had just bought my unit a couple years before, didn't have a lot of money and had no idea what I was doing. Danny stepped in and gave me every bit of information I needed to make an informed decision. It was really refreshing to see someone take their business seriously, as Danny appeared to do, and really make an effort to not only meet expectations but surpass them. The tech who comes to service my unit twice a year is always friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He always explains what he's doing and always answers any questions I might have. I would (and did) highly recommend Fair Mechanical to anyone needing AC service. You will not be sorry. Thanks Danny and Team!
7-21-25. Had a problem with a leak in my unit. I contacted Lori on Saturday and she had D'Shawn come out early Monday. He had it fixed and cleaned up in less than an hour. He also told me about the relatively minor procedure that would eliminate this from happening again. As always, am so impressed with this company that puts the quality of their expertise and customers first. It is rare in the "big box" retail environment we live in today.
