Wouldn't even give one star. Late with service and lady on the phone was down right nasty to deal with. The man i spoke with was also very rude and abrupt. There are so many places for lawn care I wouldn't waste my time with this place for it's lack of customer service.

Bobby and his guys did an amazing job cutting and removing 4 trees, had a rain delay but that goes with the territory. Did exactly what he promised. Great job thanks!!!!!!

Bobby and his crew were on time, and did an excellent limbing job. The price was reasonable, and the yard looked neater when they left than when they started. Excellent job!

They removed branches growing over my house and removed a leaning tree from my front yard. They did an amazing job and cleaned up very well after themselves. They also cleaned out my gutters while they were up there!

Unprofessional.. From almost all of the guys who cut the grass, to the ladies in the office, to the owner...I certainly do not recommend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy.
If I could rate this with zero stars, I would. Corinna from this company didn't like my review so she decided to call my phone & harass me AGAIN at 730 this morning. Unbelievable!!

It is quite something how "bob strickland" , or bobby strickland the owner left a five star review. As he is the Owner. Also responsible for attempting to cover up a bicylist's death from his vehicles running him over. Google it. Sad. No clue how they are still operating. obviously just as under the table. as he pays his workers. always 5 +....Howmany does he claim on taxes??He has illegally towed one workers vehicle to the back of his woods, dumped in illegal locations,broken multiple personal property items without compensation, and left workers stranded miles away instead of driving them to his house, aka, where everyone parks their vehicles.. and alwyays makes workers work one week and paying the next week for last weeks work,which is never paid back when they leave,hence other revierwers stating such.Yet he will make everyone fill out paperwork as if they are working on books,so to say. Likely to hunt people down as no pay stubs are ever given,only cash in an evelope with no hours worked nor pay rate stated... everyone needs to speak up and shut this down

Heritage Gardens used our Services with a Temporary Agency, and did not pay bills and avoided us. They did not return phone calls and did not maintain contact. Left our Company with a bill over 16K. But utilized our Laborers and Services when they needed them, We are still hoping they will submit payment or contact us, it has been months of no contact.

5/19/22- UPDATE: We had to stop using this company because they stopped carrying workers comp. Be aware if a contractor is hurt on your property without this coverage, they can sue you.

I am a property manager who has used Heritage Gardens multiple times for tree trimming and tree removal. Bobby and his crew are professional and safe. Because of my good work experience with them, I used them for my personal home too when we had them remove 8 trees from our back yard. Not only were they quick, but some of the necessary maneuvers to bring a tree down were pretty amazing! When the crew was done, they went right to work cleaning up. Also, they put down heavy plywood so their trucks wouldn't tear up my yard to badly. So that is why I gave them 5 stars and highly recommend Heritage Gardens.

Our neighbor paid this company take down a tree. We have the entire video showing them using our driveway & our yard after a rain storm. Spinning tires of their equipment because the ground was so wet. They have fully ruined our side of the yard. They have refused to take any responsibility when its all on camera. They had no permission to be on this property. They told our 70 yr old landlord to stop calling he wasn't doing anything about & did nothing wrong, to take him to court if we have a problem. He expects our poor old landlord to fix the entire side of the house. He didn't just tear up the grass the ground itself is just full of chunks & you can still see the tread indentions from their machine. This guy & his entire crew were trespassing because again the tree was on our neighbors property! Do not use them! They are crooked & this guy needs to be shut down & thrown in jail. Absolutely pathetic & horrible business values. Id give them zero stars if Google allowed it. I've included the before photo & now the awful, muddy mess especially when it rains. And a photo from our video camera showing them on our driveway & they scraped up that too! Oh they also don't know how to grind a stump properly because we have massive long sections of wood left over also somehow on our side instead of doing it all from the neighbor's side since he was the one the called & signed & paid. Frauds!!!!

The yard crew were friendly and performed the necessary work. The fee for ongoing routine work is more than I can afford on a permanent basis.

These guys have no respect for neighbors property. They turn the grass chute towards my truck and plaster grass on my rims and in the windows. Also they slam into my new fence bending it. Not at all professional.

I have been a customer of KAB Grounds Maintenance Inc. for 21 years. I tried several lawn services prior to them and never found one that was as reliable and service oriented as this company. Bruce Baugham goes out of his way to make sure customers are satisfied with the service they receive. His company is performance oriented with a polite and friendly staff. It is difficult to find lawn services that place their customers first and are of such integrity. I highly recommend this company!

Have used several yard maintenance companies before. I've been using KAB for about two years. They are more responsive to my requests than the others. They show up when they're supposed to. Always do a good job. I highly recommend them.
