The service was very timely, they performed extremely well and offered spot-on advice! And they came back immediately when a second issue raised it's ugly head!!!

Scheduled several appointments with them and each time they called and cancelled after the expected time they were scheduled to be there. A waste of my time and gas.. Not reliable if you need something attended to immediately.

JOTS was on time and did a great job Powerwashing my home. Was pleasantly surprised. As a result, I have probably recommended them to at least 5-6 friends and neighbors.

Scheduled an estimate and an estimator, Steven Richards, came out on 2/14/25. Received a partial estimate on 2/28/25 and he said the estimate for my deck would come a week later. Never received an estimate.

Steven was incredibly helpful in providing estimates for my wife and I on some upcoming house maintenance. He was considerate and understanding of the time crunch we were in. Would definitely recommend for anyone!!

A quote for a simple ceiling paint and water damage repair 3 grand absolutely ridiculous

Saw this company at the Richmond Home and Garden show this year.. The gentleman I talk to there said no job too big or too small. I made arrangements to have someone come out and give me an estimate. The guy that came out was basically trying to sell me shrubs and mulch.
He said he would get back with me in A-day or 2 on the estimate. That was a week ago. I call this morning to find out what was going on and the lady told me it's really not worth their time to drive out. So I guess some jobs are too small.

I would highly recommend this company for home improvement and renovation. They are professional and are very reliable. Our kitchen had water damage.They were able to repair the water damage and we also used there services for the entire kitchen remodel.They did an amazing job!

He contacted me through Neighborhood Beltzhoover. I called him and he said he'd return my call in 15 minutes. Never heard from him. It's all good as I hired another company who returned my call, did an estimate and completed the work. So my experience with their customer service was useless. I now have an electrician I'll be using going forward

After an initial glitch, in part due to the poor design of the original contractor, Steven returned and repaired the steps to our deck with an improved design that prevented my dogs’ leads from getting stuck and boards being pulled off.

I had th good fortune to meet the couple who ownes this business while working out. I live in an older home with way too many issues. Projects have not always been a positive experience. But I decided to give Johnny On the Spot a chance given the positive interaction when meeting Lisa and Johnny. I did get various estimates but still went with JOS. I have to say it was one of the mot seemless work/upgrade projects I have done so far. From the calling to scheduling to the work, it was all efficient, professional, and exactly as ordered. Despite bad weather the project was completed and JOS staff checked in regularly to ensure all was going according to plan. Will definitely use them again. From big to small projects, these are you go to people. Katie L
