Roman is fantastic. He was here right on time and helped move furniture off the area rugs (I don’t think he needed my help but I felt better pitching in). He’s very nice and quite reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

I’ve had a great experience with the lead tech Zachary! Very informative, professional and didn’t mind us watching him do his work lol (we were curious). I’m hoping I will not need their services anytime soon, but if so this is definitely the company for the job.

Roman and his son Zachary were simply amazing. Customer service excellent. Zachary came 1st day and was very informative about what he was doing and what caused my problem. His dad came the next time with him to clean the carpet and I see where Zachary got his mannerism. I recommend this business to anyone. Great job guys.

This company is horrible to deal with. Starting with the owner and going down the line to the receptionist / girlfriend Melissa. They will cut corners every opportunity. They were contraced by Nationwide to replace my vinyl floors after a septic back up.. Took 4 months and 6 floor replacements for it to finally look 1/2 way decent and they destroyed my home in the meantime. At the time my home was brandnew my husband and I built it.. Instead of pulling up the damaged sewage soaked floors they put the new vinyl overtop and trimmed the bottom of the doors so I would not notice, Then when they were called out on it.. The owner blamed it on the crew ! The owner directed the crew to do this. This type of work went on and on. Then to top it off just today 04/29/2013 I had to call into the office and speak to Melissa again because of the Nasty notices I am receiving at my job that she doesa not address to me , she address it to WHOM IT MAY CONCERN intentionally going out of the way to try and make the customer look bad... making threats about fraud for me to pay the deductible from 2010 even though ive sent several notices that I will not pay the deductible along with several notices that they are not to contact me at my job..Then to be told by Melissa who I may add is really close with the owner ?? That she didnt care that ive contacted an attorney .. WOW To sum it up this place is insane to deal with , the owner is blinded with his receptionist / girlfriend's ( Melissa ) ignorance that they would rather be sued instead of doing the ethical thing and admiting fault. Mark Pennington's company is horrible .. Find another contractor this company should be out of business !!!!!!

I recently had Pennington Construction complete an extensive water damage construction job here in my home. It was done professionally and I couldn't be happier.

Even though the individual labor workers were friendly and competent, I can't recommend this company for several reasons. They took over a year to complete the work for a hot water heater flood and never made our project a priority.

We've been very happy to work with Pennington for a multi-story water damage repair in our house. Communication on planning & scheduling with Nick was very good throughout the project. The team performing the repairs was excellent, very thorough, and eager to ensure that the job was done to perfection. We were especially impressed with Sonny, who was present on most days that the work was being done; he was extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. Great work by a great team!

We had a wonderful experience with 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗗𝗿𝘆 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 when our water heater leaked, causing some water damage in our laundry room and spreading into the front hall. They responded quickly, assessed the issue, and efficiently dried out and repaired everything. Each team member was on time, friendly, and very skilled. They also provided excellent support with the insurance process, which can often be a hassle. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience, especially considering the nature of emergency work like this!

Although I hope we won't need water damage restoration services again in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to call this company if such a situation arises.

The service was excellent. The emergency line quickly took my information and I got a call back right away from Brian, who was very helpful over the phone. He sent out Melvin and another team member, and once they got here, they started right away and handled a big sewage leak cleanup.
