They are a company that we started to work with, and then they left the job and didn’t fill their obligation And took the money and did not finish the job, highly recommended not to use, Use at your own risk!!!!!

Completed a very complex addition to our home. Very creative, resourceful and able to trouble shoot to come up with out of the box solutions that dramatically improved the functionality, astetics and value of our home.

We had work done by THS on our deck - but experienced a subsequent complication related to their work. Despite numerous calls and messages, the company failed to respond or address the issue. We ultimately had to seek alternatives to fix the problem. Very poor communication and an unwillingness to stand behind their work.

We’ve partnered with THS to build multiple Marco’s Pizza locations, and they’ve consistently exceeded expectations. I own several Dunkin Donuts restaurants in the Richmond VA area have been utilizing there services for the past 10 years. They are efficient, innovative, responsive and provide high quality construction services at a very reasonable price. They have also done a few residential projects for me as well there is no project too small or too large. I have a couple of projects already scheduled with them for 2025 and will continue to work with them for the foreseeable future.
