The technician, Jake couldn't have bee better and their follow-up and customer service was excellent

Jack was punctual, polite and thorough. He did great work on our couch and chair upholstery as well as rug cleaning.

Chem Dry did an awesome job waxing our new VCT flooring in our detached garage and cleaning two upholstered chairs. They arrived on time, the staff were friendly and we are very pleased with the job they did for us. Highly recommend!

Justin just came to our home a cleaned our large oriental and then five scatter oriental rugs that now smell so much better and are brighter. He was very thorough and a very nice young man. If I have any other rugs that need cleaning in the future I will definitely call Chem Dry again. I have used them for years and will never use another company.

DJ from ChemDry showed up at my house on time and did a FANTASTIC job! My carpet looks like new and that says a lot when you have a 15 month old running around! He was able to get out every spot and the best part was that it was pretty much dry by the time my daughter got home! I also had him clean a "new to me" couch and it looks BRAND new!!! I can't recommend these guys enough for carpet and upholstery cleaning! Extremely professional and affordable! Bonus, it's chemical-free!!

Chemdry had Ray came out to my home that is about to go on the market soon and he was so professional. I was super pleased with his punctuality, merely because when you get a window of 12-5p most of the time it takes much longer for people to show. He was quick to get to work on the two upstairs rooms and my steep stairs. Everything looked great when he was finished and he even took care of a more soiled spot that i didn't even notice. He was so kind and efficient. It was really a joy to finally have this checked off my to do list. Ray did a wonderful job! Highly recommend!

You were professional and helpful start to finish. I was able to get on the schedule within 3 days. I needed a large area rug, sectional, and recliner cleaned so that our living room was clean and ready for our baby to come home from his cancer treatment. I have been so worried about getting this room clean - where he spends most of his time at home. Our living room looks so great! So clean and fresh! Just what we needed. Thank you so much.

I’ve used them a couple of times to shampoo my whole upstairs carpet and they actually do a really good job and it’s not a bad price for what they do. Typically a straw in about 5 hours.

I recently had Chem- Dry come to clean one of my carpets that was dirty from sitting in one spot over time. I wasn't sure how it would turn out but I was very pleased upon completion of the work. The spots were barely noticeable and I was more than pleased. The young man who cleaned the carpet was on time, nearly dressed and most professional. He very quickly got to work and within about an hour the job was done. I would definitely recommend Chem- Dry. In addition the carpet tho damp upon completion was completely dry the same evening. All furniture returned to the room in roughly 8 hrs.
