Danny was great! HVAC and ducts were moldy and filthy after 25 years. All clean now with UV lights to kill mold.

Pro Clean is the absolute best! Not only did they do an amazing, thorough and much-needed air duct cleaning on the house we recently moved into, but they also did a fantastic job cleaning carpeting in the basement! Huge shout out to the air duct team who came out and Jose who worked magic on the carpet job. Highly recommend this company!

Danny is the most professional individual who has perform maintenance functions in our home. He is knowledgeable, kind and polite. My husband has Dementia and Danny was so patient with him answering all his questions. Danny showed us before and after pictures of our ducts. It was crucial this be done because our daughter will be visiting next week and she has a plethora of allergies. Thanks to Danny, I can rest peacefully during her visit. Thank you Danny.

This is my 3rd time using the company and my 2nd time getting Juan. Juan is so nice and explains everything to me so I can understand. I plan on continuing to use them yearly for upkeep.

We just had Jose from ProClean Air Duct and Carpet Cleaning at our home, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He didn’t just do a standard vent cleaning — he actually showed me, using his camera, hidden spots in our duct system that previous cleaners clearly missed and that I never would have noticed on my own.

What I really appreciated was that there was no pushy upselling at all. Jose simply explained what he saw, gave me honest options, and worked out the best price for a deep cleaning of our home’s extra vents — which I thought was very fair.

He also did a full sanitation treatment to tackle mildew and bacteria after explaining the benefits, but again, zero pressure. He was focused on doing the job right, not on selling extras.

On top of that, he worked around our busy household — three kids, a dog, my wife, and me working from my home office — without disrupting a thing. Every room he worked in was left spotless, with everything put right back in place.

The entire experience was smooth, clean, and genuinely helpful. We’ll definitely be using ProClean again for our regular duct cleanings — they’ve earned our trust and our business.

Jose "JQ" was amazing! His experience of 25 years clearly shows. He taught me how to care for my air ducts and worked with me on a reasonable price. He was a 'fire and forget' professional who did a thorough job throughout my whole house, showing me before and after photos of the internals of our system. He even identified a major issue with a recent humidifier install (wrong location) that I will clearly follow-up with the A/C install company. Showed up on time prepared to get to work very competent, professional and very courteous. After a little time explaining how much work we needed they got after it. Done in two hours and cleaned up all the work. Highly recommended.

Our technician, Danny Rivas, was outstanding. He arrived right on time, clearly explained his findings, provided helpful photos of our system and ductwork, and treated us with kindness and professionalism throughout the visit.

Danny did a thorough job in looking at our system and giving us a good explanation as to what needed to happen. He didn't cut corners and worked with us on what our family could afford.

Once the technician arrived the inspection found black mold in my HVAC unit and a couple of the vents. Because of the mold I chose to have the mold remediation treatment completed and UV lights added to my unit. Jose was very helpful and patient with all my questions. He explained everything to me. Jose is very knowledgeable and has many years of experience in this field. The treatment has a five year warranty which is another plus.

This was our first time using ProClean and Jose Marez was our technician for the job. He was very kind, friendly, and personable. He was also very good in regards to explaining what he was seeing within our duct system and the different options he would suggest to deal with the issues he had seen. I appreciated that he laid out all the different options and prices and was honest about what would be the most thorough vs what would be a temporary fix but may need a different solution for the long term. I also appreciated not feeling pressured to just go with the most expensive option on that specific day. He was very understanding in what we needed and how we could also decide to do more thorough work at a later time and outlined his suggested time line for more intensive work to deal with larger issues regarding mold and bacteria etc..
Overall, Jose was very nice to work with and it seems like he did a very thorough job. I appreciated him as a tech and would recommend him.
