During a routine maintenance call, Garrett diagnosed the fan needed replacing and returned later to replace it. A week later, the fan was not working properly so Jeff was sent out to find the reason. Not able to determine the reason, Dan, the owner of the came out and finally solved the mystery. A three-pronged example of perseverance. What a great company!!!

Connor was very professional providing excellent follow up information about our heating system to help deepen our understanding. His personality was warm and friendly demonstrating command of the mechanical heating & cooling process. He is an excellent service representative for Nelson. Would love to have him visit on the next call. However, not until our service contract is due.

Reliable, prompt and detailed maintenance service from Nelsons Heating and Cooling. I have only needed annual maintenance so far for the past 3 years. The professional team are courteous, answer all questions and leave me confident I am in good hands should I require a service call. They came highly recommended by other homeowners in my development when I purchased my home. I am glad I chose Nelson's Heating and Cooling. It means everything to me not to have to worry should anything go wrong down the road. Trusting just anyone is not an option.

Just bought a house with a geothermal system and had a preventative maintenance check on it. The tech that showed up, Ethan, was very polite and professional. Would do business again with them!

An excellent crew! They were early, removed shoes when entering home, polite and discussed all details of the purpose for their visit and the access they needed. Very thorough and reviewed the work they did upon completion.

AC conked out the day we moved in. Nelson had been servicing the previous owner so I gave them a call. It was in the middle of 100 degree spell so I figured they'd be booked out for days. They were able to come within 72 hours and Jim diagnosed and replaced the faulty capacitor in 15 minutes flat. Thanks Jim!

My Heating and Air conditioner where over 30 years old and they finely gave up the ghost. So I call Nelsons Heating and Cooling, they come out and was very nice. Give me an estimate on two options and me and my wife loved the second option which was under 10k. We scheduled for them to come and put in a new Heating and cooling system for us. They technicians that come out were very nice and respectful. My Wife liked them. If you have Heating and cooling problems call Nelson's Heating and Cooling they will fix your problems at a very good price.

Jermey was my technician today. Very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Could not have asked for a better experience. This is my second time using Nelson’s and both times received solid performance. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Jesse and Ben did an exceptionally professional job extending the gas line to our fireplace and the deck. Not an easy job. It is a clean, solid look. Every step of the way Jesse explained the options , costs /benefits, and any potential issues. Nelson's will be in our driveway again for any future work.

We chose Nelson's to replace our HVAC system based on positive online reviews - and they were great. Good communications with us, friendly, professional installation personnel, very neat - very good. They went above and beyond I'd say to make us happy and do great install. Highly recommended.

They came out on one of the hottest and I'm sure busiest day so far and even arrived earlier then expected. They were here maybe 10 minutes and had the ac fixed and running! Thank you guys and try to stay cool.

Our AC unit went out last night so I left a message on Nelson's voicemail to see if they could help us. We have used them in the past and were pleased with their service.

Within a few hours this morning they sent out their Lead Technician and he fixed the problem. I'm terrible at names but this young man was exceptionally professional, courteous, honest and throughly explained our units problem. I feel he treated us, like he would want to be treated as a homeowner and not as a salesman. The repair was not too costly and we appreciate that very much!

We would not hesitate to contact them for any future needs and request this same gentleman if possible! I would highly recommend Nelson's Heating and Cooling for your HVAC needs.

Jim arrived on time, right at the start of our appointment window. He went straight to the problem (dead capacitor), replaced it quickly, came inside and tested it and was EXTREMELY pleasant. Great technician and even better human being. But, honestly, this has been a consistent Nelson experience in the 7 years we've lived here in Williamsburg.

This is our second time calling them with an issue HVAC. They came out within a very short time and removed both. Their technicians are knowledgeable and thorough.
